Although I pestered them on the phone throughout two weeks and at different times in the day, they were very courteous and informative. Upon going there personally I was treated like family and no promises were broken regarding the price that was discussed over the phone. Further, I received a tour of their workshop which only bolstered my confidence in their products, knowledge of fire codes and craftsmanship. I am not a professional contractor and do not have a large van and indicated I owned a mid-size car before arriving. As agreed upon, the staff did roll up the 4 x 8 sheets so that it could fit in the back seat of the car. What did floor me literally was how much effort and time they put to making this happen. It was no easy feat and December 19th was a bitterly cold day in New York City. To see two men barehanded outside working so much for my family's benefit reminded me that while this city's politicians are disgustingly corrupt, they flourish because many citizens are incredibly decent and hard-working individuals.
