I know finding good help is tough and the two young men serving on the night of April 18 shouldn't be working there. They even argued about who was going to have to make my milkshake. There were only two families in front of us waiting to be served and we stood in line 25 minutes! After getting my milkshake, they never even came back to ask my husband what he wanted. One of the kids was busy talking to two girls, and the other was busy complaining about having to make milkshakes. My husband eventually handed the milkshake to them and said no thank you. Such a fun ice cream shop right off Gulf Blvd near the beach! Super small and super busy tonight, with only 6 patrons currently allowed inside at a time. Customers line up outside the door, then come in as people head out the door. It works well. Parking is limited unfortunately, so getting in and out can be tricky. Especially when Gulf Blvd is busy. There's a few other parking lots nearby that you can possibly use, but don't quote me. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from! I got 1 scoop of Snickers ice cream. It was good but tasted nothing like Snickers. It was a vanilla ice cream base with caramel ribbons and chocolate chunks. No peanuts in my batch. My hubby chose a banana chunk which was yummy! It also had chocolate chunks in it. He got his on a cone. My son had 2 scoops; birthday cake and Reese's peanut butter cups. What a combo huh? He also chose Reese's sauce for the top which was just a glob of Reese's peanut butter. He didn't like the Reese's peanut butter ice cream but said it's not bad if you like peanut butter. It had too much peanut butter for his taste. My other son ordered 2 scoops of chocolate peanut butter which he really enjoyed! It had a great flavor. Just enough of chocolate and peanut butter and chocolate. Not a lot of seating outside. Two tables with 2 or 3 chairs each. For as busy as they are, you'd think they'd put a few benches or a couple of more tables. You can't really sit inside due to limited capacity. We do like this place though. What a yummy find! Located right down the street by Larry's, which touts *70* flavors, I was perfectly satisfied with Ice&Cream's 48 flabors. I had their blueberry cheesecake ice cream (on a hot, summer day with outdoor seating only due to COVID, I forgot to take a photo!), and it was to die for!! I could have easily had an entire second serving... And as a matter of fact I did the very next day! I also samples their orange creamsicle which was tasty. My BF and I returned Sunday night hoping she was not there and BOY WE GOT LUCKY, We were served by the Sweetest, cutest, British Girl who worked in there, she was polite, Greeted us with a Big hello and even offered a sample. She was brilliant. I think we tipped her like $10. She said she usually works on the weekends or evening so if you wanna try this ice cream shop I'd wait for when she is working! What a little star, they should be paying here DOUBLE whatever her rate is !!!!!!! The boy she was with, young blonde boy, was Great as well! They made a good team. He was also talkative, greeted us and helped my boyfriend whilst the English girl helped me. Those 2 employees are the only reason this store got the 4stars. Do not get the $3 milk shakes. We were brought in by the sign ( there are plenty of ice cream shops close by, wish we had tried them). We were the only customers on a Saturday evening and had to wait 3 full minutes to get acknowledged to order. The yellow cake milkshake tastes like full on chemicals.
