The best part of the trip is the walk up coffee tour that's free. You get to walk up to the machinery and the employees welcoming you to show you how the coffee is made. You can see it from natural coffee to bagged coffee. Please be aware that the employees don't speak English which I could be 100% wrong, but despite that you can see the whole roasting process - FREE! I'd also invite you to check out their coffee shop where they sell homemade baked goods, they have a few merch items, and the best part is the back porch. Let. Me. Tell. You... the views alone are wonderful. Take in a fresh latte made with love. If you want a little bit more of a relaxed ambience take a tiny stroll underneath the cafe and unwind at the water mill and see the birds... btw there is another set of restrooms there. So I highly recommend taking a small trek out into the mountains to grab a pure taste of Puerto Rico's finest coffee.

The owner greeted us and gave us a bit of history about herself, the farm, the beans and other items they have growing on the property. Food was absolutely wonderful, and all farm to table, which I love. Started with plantain soup which tasted of some expert grandma's sofrito, with cilantro, hints of carrots, recao, and grated plantains. So good! Then had ropa vieja (very flavorful shredded beef) in fried yucca cups with mayo ketchup sauce. Very delicious! Next up was chicken tacos in fried breadfruit (panna) with pickled onions, grilled bell peppers, and Chipotle sauce. The flavors were again awesome and the crispy breadfruit was different but very welcomed, but the chicken, onions, peppers were the bomb! Ask for extra sauce, which is really great! Ended with locally grown and roasted coffee, which was also very good! Next time want to try the rice dish which the people next to us had and loved and looked great. Service was excellent and even met the owner (had no idea until the end, but she made sure we had a good experience). And the views from our table were beautiful. Highly recommend this one and the hotel there also looked nice. We're coming back.
