I absolutely love the customer service here! I was getting out of the car - at 9:10pm - apparently the last day Ice Cream Time closed at 9, the very next night the closing time was 10pm. The owner was just getting in her car. Not realizing it was closed, I hopped out with my eager pup & child. She saw the excitement and she insisted on going back inside and making whatever our hearts desired. I appreciate her! It's the little acts like these ones that show how small businesses matter in our town. If I would've pulled into Sonic, they would've let me sit there with not even acknowledging me! Keep up the amazing work, Ice Cream Time. We will continue to be loyal to our neighborhood ice cream stand. The workers are always super friendly and patient! read more

Mom and Pop soft serve dairy cream clone, in business for 30 years. Prices are reasonable, choices are a plenty. Tuesday is free cone for people less than 36" tall. I got a English toffee flurry, at first I thought I was missing the English toffee, but as I ate my way to the bottom of the cut the English toffee concentration increased until at the bottom it was mostly toffee. Enjoyed my vanilla soft serve ice cream, English toffee flurry on the edge of Lake Erie in the village of Detroit Beach. Tough thing about soft serve for me is finding a wow factor, maybe I just need to eat more. Let me know if this is great, good, or not worth it ice cream. Service is fast! read more

The service is always fantastic when there is a particular man working (I think he's the owner?); but otherwise, I am lucky to get a "hello" from the person working. No worries, as I go there for the ice cream and not the service ;) My biggest complaint is just that the products are so inconsistent. When I order something, I'd like it to be the same every time I order it; but at Ice Cream Time, you never really know how it will turn out until you get it. Sometimes the flurries have lots of mix-ins, sometimes very little. This place is close enough to home that when I want some ice cream, it's great--but I don't rely on the service or the product. Man ice cream time is the spot and my doggy Jeff loves the vanilla ice cream with the dog treat. Ice cream time also has some very polite employees that can crack some good jokes. I will be back and I'm sure Jeff wants to as well. read more

We have been going here for years, tonight we were very disappointed. We ordered 5 ice creams and two dog ice creams. When we got the hot fudge sundae that is advertised with nuts and whipped cream it had neither so I asked if we could get some they made a big deal that we did not specify what we wanted. We gave them our card to charge us for the nuts and whipped cream which is fine but the entire time after that the employee was very rude to us, so rude we left the sundae and remaining ice cream. She asked us if we wanted a refund..... no absolutely not, I just wanted to get ice cream. Use the extra to pay for more nuts and I'll take my family down the road to get ice cream. This ice cream is mediocre at best, and it was only convenient and close but now it's not even worth it. read more

Local ice cream place in the Monroe area. Quick, friendly service, and low prices. Great to go to on a Michigan summer day. :). My husband is obsessed with the slushes here, a large is HUGE and cheap in price. We stop here while bike riding at least a few times a week for him to get one. Anyway, highly suggest if you live in the area. read more
