I went there with my teenage daughter to purchase €1,500. The employee counted the money next to me, and I asked him to include €5 bills. He then placed the money in an envelope and gave it to me. I received a receipt showing that I had purchased €1,500. When we got back to the car, I decided to count the money, and unfortunately, I discovered that there were only €1,400 in the envelope--€100 was missing. I was shocked because I had never experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, since the receipt showed €1,500, I had no way to prove that I was actually given only €1,400. I trusted the employee and never thought I needed to count the money before leaving. In the past, I had always had a good experience at this location, especially with a young lady who was very professional and trustworthy. After this experience, however, I have completely lost my trust in this location and will not be returning. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reminds employees that customers should receive exactly the amount they pay for.

When I inquired about the exchange rate, I was told that their discount was "market rates." What a crock their rate was 104 yen for each dollar with the market rate at 119. When I got to Narita, their discounted rate was 114. Don't exchange money here. Not only did they rip me off, they added a service foo on top of it!!! RUN away!
