I paid iClimb / Casey $5,000 to remove 1 tree and trim another. They did remove one tree but…read morekilled the hickory tree by trimming it too much. When Casey arrived, he said he planned to take both trees completely but at the end of the day, said he couldn't. This left me with a nearly 30 foot tall tree trunk that now has to be removed because it is dead! I don't appreciate that one of the employees used the back yard as his bathroom for taking a dump.

The crew that came to grind the stump took the time to grind many of the roots radiating from the stump and even used an ax to remove some the grinder couldn't reach.
