For starter, very kind and respectful, to working within a good budget that pretty decent with these gas prices. I had to make a few changes last minute and it was handled and stress free. Very clean and accommodating. The party bus had A/C, provided with the price; sodas and water, and bluetooth connection to get the party started. The driver was very kind and easy going for our crew. Especially with alcohol involved, the 8 hour day was stress free and so much fun because of the driver. After drop off, we made sure to do our part and clean up after ourselves. A time was had, and even after the travel, the owner reached out making sure it was a great experience. Hands down the best experience my kids and i could have ever experienced for prom! Communication was fast and easy all the way through. James handled the business side of things and was incredibly patient with me, made sure i felt comfortable with the routes we had planned and the allotted time we had our rental for. We hired this company for a three hour Christmas light tour. They called me back right away and were very professional. They are transparent about cost (no surprises) and gave me a list of areas with lights so I could chose where we wanted to go. The owner helped me plan, and then the driver texted me ahead of time just to introduce herself and make sure we had each others contact. On the day of the tour, the bus was early and waiting patiently for when we we were ready. The driver was very professional and welcoming.
