Some people might think a limo is extravagant, but when the birthday girl wanted wine tasting and I didn't want multiple people in too many cars to worry about being designated drivers; a couple of limousines were a safe, fun, and the best option for my special event. The vehicles were not only gorgeous and full of quality beverages to get the party started, but the drivers were so personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to take pride in helping to be sure we had the most memorable time for all the right reasons. The bday gal felt so fancy and celebrated and the drivers were at our beck and call during all the hours of the day. They are pros at assisting all ages and personalities in and out of the cars and more. I had a made a few requests as I was finalizing plans for the event day and maybe they were just reasonable, but all my wishes were fulfilled and with smiles for miles. No doubt you'd get the awesome treatment, too, but I was alerted of pro tips well in advance like making a special playlist for the lady of honor since the cars' bluetooth is a cinch to connect. The soundtrack I created was amazing if I don't say so myself! The team is nice so I have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times but just experienced my second time with of them not being onsite when I exit the airport, despite my calling and confirming my flight the week prior. Driver info and reminders are spotty. I've also had to receive follow up calls double checking my information I just gave which doesn't instill confidence because clearly it isn't organized enough. Phone operator was just rude when I called clearly upset and tired that my ride was not here 40 minutes after I landed and it's dark. Upon looking for limousine I got to deal with the owner of the company directly and where was he an amazing character as far as extremely professional and considerate. I was very impressed with how kind the owner of this company is. They arrived a couple minutes early and we have the driver John. I did not go on this ride but after meeting John I felt very comfortable and knew that my daughter and her friends were in good hands. If I could describe my experience in just a few words, they would be elegant and chic. My husband and I were picked up first, and were treated like royalty from the moment our chauffeurs, Johnny and Danny, greeted us. Johnny was our amazing driver! First, they pulled open the jet door- not sure what that is? Be sure to check out the pictures. The door opens upward and out! Now that's style. Upon entering, the inside of the limousine was illuminated with a beautiful purple color. The smell of the  leather seats were beautifully intoxicating. As we began sliding down the beautiful diamond stitched seats to sit in the back (we like to call it the King & Queens Throne), we couldn't help but notice how delightfully cool it felt inside. Need I remind you, it's been very scorching, lately. Come to find out the setting of the air conditioning was on low. Could you imagine a beautiful bride on her wedding day? This is her perfect chariot...  We also couldn't help but notice 3 LCD HD 1080i screens, around a cooler for beverages. The lights inside were above us and lit up like a rainbow... they changed from one to the next and sometimes, danced to the beat of the song. Platinum Limousine is the safest Limousine around! Our chauffeurs, Johnny and Danny are smooth operators. None of us worried one bit while Johnny drove. He explained that there are 7 Emergency exits in this Beauty, along with a fire extinguisher. So, in case of emergency, there will be no worrying about how to get out. It exceeds the safety regulations of the Department of Transportation! We picked up or next guest, then off to our first destination- Chevy's on Gold River. There, we were meeting up with more of our guests and having some drinks & appetizers before our main event. We were let down right at the front door! Where everyone that could see us, they all watched as we stepped out! Talk about feeling like Super Stars.... We met up with our friends, ate some appetizers, had some pre-party specialty beverages, and headed to our final destination.  At our main event, our wonderful driver, Johnny, took is to the front of the entrance, again! Everyone was looking,  oooo-ing and ahhh-ing.... it was exactly the reaction we were looking for. We spotted Johnny inside, grabbing a bite to eat. Sipping on some H2O... SUCH A RESPONSIBLE DRIVER! After our main event, we all climbed back into our beautiful limousine, taking pictures along the way... going inthe limousine, in the limousine... Then we wanted to stop and grab a quick bite to eat on the way. He pulled into the In & Out we spotted. We took about a 20 min break there and we're on our way home. As you can tell from reading my review, I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Platinum Limousine. More that I learned about Platinum Limousine- There's a computer built into the limousine so it can download 1000's of songs to play inside. It has a 1,500 watts of sound and sub woofers. It has a connection for your android and apple phones to play music. It plays music videos on the 3 1080i LCD screens. The 4th screen is a touch screen and it controls the lighting, sound, and the air conditioning. The limousine seats 10 guests, but I recommend 8 if you want a little more room to be comfortable.
