I organized a bachelorette outing for my sister, and we used Camelot Limo Svc to drive us to a few wineries. Dewayne was extremely helpful, gave me a few good suggestions, and was very professional, yet friendly. I made a few changes to our schedule based on his input and suggestions, and it worked out perfectly! Our driver Bruce was so awesome as well! He was very friendly and professional, yet fun! Right down to a small detail someone else might not have done: while we were wine tasting, Bruce went the extra step and wrapped some wine glasses I bought in paper towels so they wouldn't break (they would have most likely broken had he not done this). How amazing is that?? On our way home, we were already planning a quarterly girls day out, and will be contacting Dewayne! I HIGHLY recommend Camelot Limousine Service. My son and his friends enjoyed prom in the party bus. My only complaint is the ONE bottle of cider. For a party bus thats supposedly for 14 people and over $800, one bottle is a little cheap. My family and I have used Camelot Limo now 3 times. 2 family birthday celebrations, and 1 wedding. Hands down, Dewayne and his crew have been the best that I've used in Sacramento, as well as compared to other limo services I've used in Chicago and internationally. They are on time, every time. They will work with you before your event if you have specific needs, to include pickup times/locations and anything else you need to make it work and 'be special'. Their vehicles are well maintained, clean and driven professionally, by drivers with the correct licensure. They are also extremely friendly, and specific to the wedding could make specific changes in real time to make the occasion come off without a hitch. Pricing is in line with expectations, and for the high level of service, professionalism and clean/tidy vehicles. Gratuity was included (I believe this is standard for Camelot) so there's no guessing at the end. Although, I will be honest I do provide additional gratuity because they honestly earn it. I booked Camelot Limousine for Halloween party hoping in San Francisco. After reading all of the horror stories, I called around to get bids and terms of service from several different limo companies in Sacramento. The guy from Camelot was friendly, and something about him made me feel like he wasn't going to leave me high and dry. They didn't charge extra for returning after midnight, and he was very cool when I asked him about the protocol for tipping his driver. Plus, he gave us a solid deal for a holiday weekend. On Saturday night, the limo arrived on time. The car was clean an up-to-date. The driver was professional and courteous. He told us about the rules (no smoking, no puking, no food.) He was nice and reliable, without trying to get in our business. We had a great time, leaving Sacramento at 7pm, hitting up a house party in SF (no tolls! no parking hassle!), then going to a warehouse party on Treasure Island (no shuttle! no cab-hassel!), and coming home at 5 am. Five stars to match Camelot's five star service!!! We had the pleasure of renting a limo from them this past weekend. Super easy experience from start to finish. I got quotes from several different companies (here on yelp) and Camelot beat everyone else's price. Our driver was early and even rolled out a red carpet for my friends and I...He even had champagne waiting for us as soon as we got inside! The inside of the limo had to be one of the cleanest I've ever been in. Our driver really made our night he was very courteous, we never felt rushed or like we were on a time limit. We ended up going over our reserved time and the owner was so sweet, he told our driver to give us a discount on the extra 30 minutes. We used Camelot Limousine for a Christmas Lights tour of Sacramento! We were very lucky and Dwayne (the owner) was our driver and guide. I'm certain that no matter who was driving it would be a great evening. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable in his Mercedes mini bus. It was luxuriously appointed and nicely stocked. It was a magical evening, Dwayne took us to many magnificent displays throughout the Sacramento area. It was made all the more interesting with Dwayne's insightful knowledge and history of the various displays. Dwayne (one of the owners) has excellent customer service! He is honest and upstanding! He pointed out a policy that disallowed using limousine services at a local high school (for dances) and had me double check the policy before booking. He could have easily just accepted the reservation, but he didn't. I would recommend using Camelot! Seriously the best customer service and HONEST! If you are looking for a professional awesome experience I definitely recommend Camelot Limousine!! We used them to go to Amador and do some wine tasting and it was amazing. Our driver Bruce went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect and everyone was taken care of. The limo was very clean and had all the bells and whistles. There were other limo's there and I have to say that they did not hold a candle to us. Not only was our limo better but our driver made the other drivers look like they just got out of bed. Bruce was much classier than the other drivers to the point that I felt bad for the other groups. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience and how much fun we had.
