Before reading this, I will give props to his beard and line up. If you're coming in for a beard and a fade and short hair on top, then this it is prob fine for you. I've been growing out my hair for almost a year so I could perm it. Hair needs to be long in order for curl to take. My hair is 5-6" but I buz the sizes. Medium skin fade. He asked me what I wanted off the top and I told him not to touch the top. After doing the fade I look and see grips of my locks on the ground and on the apron. I asked him where it came from and why he cut it off. He said "I'm following the line that's where your line was at" If that's where my fade line was, then why was there just inches of hair cut from that same "line" so now, my sides are uneven and shorter than the rest of my hair, now I will have to wait longer to perm it because he short hair won't take curls unless I do tiny ass rods/tight curls. Seems he completely didn't take into consideration of the long hair and was going along with the clippers and didn't care what they touched. Every other place I've been to they either clip my hair in the middle or hold it to the opposite side to prevent from accidentally clipping it. Also after that had already bummed me out, he started shaving my neck dry. It hurt and I will bleed if shaved dry so finally it hurt enough where I asked if he had water or shaving creme. He kinda laughed and smirked like I was annoying him. I still paid for my haircut in the end because I didn't want them to reply to this saying I just wanted a free cut. This totally killed my day and I was going to go get my hair permed this week and now I have to wait months again for the side hairs to grow back to normal. Then he had the nerve to take pictures and give me a business card to ask to spread the word. I will not ever be coming here again. For those of us who put in months of growing hair to have it ruined is not worth me ever coming here again or risking it. My fade and beard came our great but it was not a pleasant experience. If you have long hair on top, I wouldn't recommend going here or at least having that guy cut it. I attached pictures to see how short the cut parts are compared to my other hair.
