The driver was erratic and aggressive and was unfamiliar with how to drive without making people ill in the back. 4 of our 6 passengers ending up ill by the time we made it there. The limo that was provided was old and dingy. It was a TIGHT squeeze to fit 6 adults in the back. While driving on the highway, one of the passenger doors "fell open" and wind came gushing in. The driver, after a request to pull over, did so, slammed the door shut, and promptly told us "don't lean on it". No one was leaning on it. But 40 minutes later it happened again. When we checked the door, the rubber liner between the door and car was cracked and had pieces piecing from it. On our ride home, our driver went the wrong way on the highway causing us to sit in traffic for 25 minutes the wrong way. He then drove two complete circles around Boston trying to find the correct highway to get back onto, adding over an hour of unnecessary time in the car. When I contacted the owner, I was told "thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it". No apology. No concern for myself or my friends and our safety having almost fallen out of a moving vehicle. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company, the owner, and the driver. I would never recommend them to anyone and would caution anyone prior to getting in one of their vehicles as this seems to not be of any concern.

During our holiday party, the driver refused to transport employees to pre-approved locations--despite written confirmation at the time of booking, which I retained. The three stops were all within half a mile of each other, and the venue itself was only three miles away, making the refusal both illogical and unnecessary. The driver was abrasive with our employees, and dispatch was equally unpleasant. While I understand the driver was following instructions, his tone and handling of the situation were entirely within his control and were unprofessional. The only resolution offered was removal of the driver's tip, which failed to address the broader issue of how the situation was managed by the team as a whole. Despite this, I gave Elite another opportunity for a Yankees game outing--and unfortunately, it was another poor experience. The bus's air conditioning was not functioning on the way down in 80-degree weather, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. We arrived at the stadium hot, sweaty, and exhausted. When I followed up the next day, the manager, Chelsea, was dismissive and unwilling to take any responsibility for the malfunctioning A/C or radio, citing that the vehicle had passed inspection prior to dispatch. She also questioned why I didn't report the issue immediately when the bus arrived, which was frustrating and misplaced. We were communicating with Ricardo (our very pleasant driver) how hot it was and he said it wasn't working properly. (Note: the bus arrived @ 4pm and I emailed them at 5:30pm.) The bottom line though is that it's unclear what could have been done mid-trip to resolve a mechanical issue, and placing that burden on the customer is unreasonable. There appears to be a consistent lack of accountability across the organization. The only remedy offered in both instances was removing the driver's tip, which does not address the root problems. The fact that their only proposed resolution is to remove the driver's tip is telling of how they treat their employees. This was an opportunity to make things right, but instead reinforced my decision not to use Elite again--and to advise others to avoid them as well.
