The quality, detail, and craftsmanship of the work done here is amazing. The speed of service is also something not to be messed with. I messaged Peter over the yelp app and he responded super fast and was very helpful with any questions I had. He REALLY does respond in under 20 mins. I needed to get a few mugs engraved and the work on them was spectacular. And when I mentioned speed, I was not kidding, he did all of them in under 30 mins. The work was excellent and the mugs were absolutely beautiful. They will definitely be a gift to remember, which is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back to get another traveler done and for any other engraving work that I will need in the future. Peter engraves on EVERYTHING. I am going to check out the UV printing next, because that is pretty cool. I saw a sample where he printed a picture of a couple onto a flat rock/marble. It was super cool and I've never seen anything like this. I highly recommend this place. His hours open are also very flexible, allowing you to drop off your things or pick up your things around your work schedule. I live and work in the San Fernando Valley, and drove all the way to Glendale, just because of his excellent customer service over the yelp app, and his excellent hours of operation, which allowed me to come here late after I got off from work. PROS: Speed Quality Craftsmanship Detailed Knowledgeable Variety of options available Customer service Hours of operation (8am-10pm EVERYDAY including Sunday!) CONS: Parking/hard to find The only thing I would say is the place is a little hard to find due to its location. It is in between two auto shops, and there isn't a big eye catching /advertising sign in the front. There is also only street parking, but luckily I found a spot right in front. Honestly, those are not valid reasons to NOT go here. Excellent quality of work and ALL the pros listed above outweigh stupid parking. Considering my time frame I only received update from here. Horrible experience, once arrived at office had to say hello 2x before a reply. He was Very rude, not customer friendly and was not willing to hear me out or make it possible to make my request happen. He Dropped the ring then insulted the metal of the ring.
