Thoroughly disappointed. Contacted Cherry Laser in May to see if they could do a project for me. I was told they would eagerly take it on. I was excited to have them do the project as the pictures of their work look fantastic. About 3 weeks passed, and after I asked, I was shown a proof of what the project would look like. lt looked great! I requested a couple minor changes, and gave them the green light to finish. Now, 2+ months after they took it on, they won't return my voicemails or email messages. Finally I gave up and I submitted a general request for a quote on Yelp to have someone else do my project. Guess who replied and offered to take it on? Comical... if not so blatantly unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't waste your money or time! read more

I've used cherry laser twice now. I'm a grad architecture student at USC. They have been a lifesaver multiple times when the laser cutters at school were either too packed or broken. Both times setting everything up was super easy. The laser bed is 24 x 18 so I just set the PDFs up and send. Plus they have a ton of material in stock. In my case I mostly need museum board, plexiglass, and foamcore. Plus Mattias who works there is always super nice about me being a student and will usually rush my projects. It's is beyond appreciated as any student knows. Over all I think they are really great here and will for sure continue to use them. read more
