This time around I came to get my teeth whitened which turned out really well in the end. I did it for 1hour, split into 3 20 minutes. My teeth do not experience any discomfort or pain during the session or even afterwards. So that's why I returned specifically to her for the whitening. The first time around, which was last year, I got tooth gems with her and they lasted for a long time. I am coming back again and thinking of adding cute gems. The clinic is actually so beautiful and sparkling clean. Dr. Hayk is so friendly and professional! He explained all the steps and provided extensive post-procedure teaching. Also his voice and demeanor are so calming this honestly felt like a spa treatment lol. Something that stood out was his thoughtfulness about communication during the procedure. While he was applying the product, he encouraged me to raise my hand if I needed him to stop for any reason. Then, while we waited (20 mins for 2 sessions), he consistently checked in, but also provided me with a medium to communicate through text! That felt really considered and exceptional. So, I scheduled an appointment through their site for 6 PM on Friday evening. I live one hour and…read more30 minutes with no traffic. I travel two hours and 15 minutes in traffic. When I get there, I'm ringing the doorbell. No one answers. I call the number on my confirmation and she says she completely forgot that she booked a 6 o'clock, and she's not going to be able to make it then she says let me call my assistant to see if she can make it. It'll take about 20 to 30 minutes, Am I willing to wait? I think she was expecting me to say no, but I drove two hours and 15 minutes so I said yes. She said let me call you back, her Assistant cannot make it and she's sorry. she did not offer to reschedule to give me a discount or anything. Gas for my car is almost $7 dollars a gallon, and to sit in traffic to get to an appointment and not be serviced. Is totally disrespectful. I can't even tell you how many cities I had to pass to get to this beauty lab, I live in Riverside, this is bad customer service, I'm in the customer service business. I provide exceptional customer service to my clients. Sometimes I think I'm too nice to people. I'm at such a peaceful place in my life that if I wasn't where I am today, I would've cussed her out over the phone. It's a shame people don't value their other people's time.
