The office is clean and staff is very good at responding. It was a little bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunication but Jeannette stepped in after I sent a message. Jeanette was communicative and was doing everything to make the situation right again and I really appreciated that! Life was already hectic with a new baby and having to deal with dental issues was more frustrating and when I explained that Jeanette found ways to make it less stressful for me. Tammi is sweet as well in trying to help alleviate the problem by advising the appropriate person to fix this. So I would give 5 stars for their communication and how they went about in fixing it. In regard to dental work all the assistants are nice and Dr Lee is amazing and very understanding. She explains everything and checks on how I am doing. So 5 stars for that as well. read more

I needed a new dentist office too so after the reading the reviews I made my appointment here at Fuller Smiles. It was easy to make the appointment and I filled out all the intake forms/questionnaires online which saved me time. My consultation was thorough and Dr.Neal was very informative, friendly, and answered all my questions. He put my mind and nerves at ease. Most importantly, my teeth are CLEAN. I came to Fuller Smiles after reading all the positive Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did--my experience was every bit as great as others described! Finding a good dentist is never easy. Most offices aren't exactly places people look forward to going. But at Fuller Smiles, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt immediately at ease. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and caring, and the doctors are both detail-oriented and extremely gentle--which makes such a difference when you're in the chair. The office itself is welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like blankets, warm towels, glasses for watching shows, and even CBD gummies to help ease anxiety. Little touches like these really show how much they value patient comfort. For treatment, I had my regular cleaning done here, and later that evening one of my veneers (done elsewhere) broke after biting down wrong. Fuller Smiles got me in the very same day, repaired and cemented it back, and even recommended a night guard to prevent it from happening again. I also had a filling replaced, which was quick and completely painless. Overall, the care here is top-notch. Professional, knowledgeable doctors paired with a kind and attentive staff made what could have been stressful into a smooth and positive experience. Easy to get an appointment here and be seen by one of their many dentist and staff. I had something bother me about a filling (from a different dentist), and Fuller Smiles was able to fix it pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The front office staff is also communicative and responsive. They've spent good money on CRM software for sure. While I had an overall positive experience, I do want to caution that every dentist overall is different with each of their areas of expertise, experience, and judgment. I didn't hesitate to shop around, and I found different advice that fits better for me (and my budget). Also, this is a personal preference, but any health/medical/dental service that has enough money to run ads (sponsored content) sets off an alarm in me. If they make enough margin to spend on advertising, it's telling me that I'm overpaying for services that IMO shouldn't produce profits for advertising. Just my 2 cents. read more

I wanted to talk to the dentist to find out how they repair a chipped corner of a tooth if they're going to shave it down and/or change my shape because I had a bad experience before. Literally just asking the dentist how they do it. Instead, the front office insisted that I set up an hour long appointment and get x-rays done and they need to diagnose the problem. There's no diagnosis I'm just asking their technique. I tried to explain to her that there is nothing to diagnose to warrant a full mouth x ray and nor am I coming for cleaning. Clearly she trying to up sell me for something I don't need that a quick 5 minute phone call or 5 minute in person consult couldn't handle. Very off-putting. Be ware. read more

I made an appt here because I thought Dr Matt Tabanfar was still there. His name and photo are still on the site. I didn't realize he wasn't there until Dr Dorsa introduced herself and I had just endured several uncomfortable x-rays. I have a bony jaw interior, plus the technician was training a young man. Other than those experiences, I was very happy. I got 1/2 of my deep cleaning and a written treatment plan. Dr Dorsa was very communicative and gentle. I went in for an exam and specifically stated I could not get a cleaning because the following week I would be getting one at my periodontists office. Met with a new dentist (Dr Matthew was no longer there) who gave me an exam. I didn't want X-rays either as I had them last year and was not willing to be xrayed so much that week. Went to my periodontists office and they sent me a bill for $177 because Fuller Smile went ahead and charged me for a cleaning anyway. So I'm filing a formal appeal with Delta Dental. Point is do not believe what they tell you. It's very u ethical, a lot of grief on my part to have to file and I even have text messages beforehand specifically saying exam only - no cleaning. Absolutely poor management on behalf of this group. Buyer beware. Find someone else. read more
