I tried to call Fernando a few times, emailed, left voicemails and finally he picked up and said we can come by on a Friday and fix it for you and i was fine if there was a fee associated with. Friday came along and they were a no show, i called Saturday, Sunday, Monday and no one has been picking up. Eventually i had to find someone else to fix it.
