We priced out several options to have the windows washed for our condo building and USWW was by far the best option - and they use a non-chemical, enviro-friendly method to clean the windows. One of their employees ran his bike into the back of my parked truck because he was on the phone. Once I was able to get ahold of someone to come out they denied that the cracked taillight caused was there fault. The employee admitted to hitting my truck, admitted to hitting it so hard it was wedged under the bumper, admitted that he had to jerk it with force to get it out and admitted to being on the phone while riding his bike and not seeing the parked vehicle. They wanted to jam their bike up under my truck to prove to me they they didn't do it. Refused to give me insurance information. Refused to make it right. I had a horrible experience. For 3 months the washer went to the wrong business and I was billed. As an apology the owner offered free cleaning. I said just the months I paid for would be great. They then withdrew the offer, and claimed to have washed the windows while I have surveillance that they were not washed. They decided to end the partnership, but withheld my money and did not give me the service I previously paid for and did nothing to accommodate the trouble they caused. Would recommend "clearly clean windows" instead. They are more reasonably priced, quicker and pay more attention to detail. Or at the very least showed up at the right location. read more

When quoting a price you should inform the client of charges for diffrent types of windows ie "do you have pane windows ? " because this will effect our quote ... This was a great service. We have a 3 story townhouse with a variety of windows which hadn't been cleaned in a few years. From the start of the process, Tom was very helpful and the system allowed for convenient scheduling. I had no problems with scheduling the appointment and there were a lot of times to choose from. The technicians were awesome, friendly, and efficient/thorough. For the interior/exterior job, it took them under 2.5 hrs. They were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They also made sure to get at all the types of windows we have throughout the house and really worked at removing long-standing stains. Maybe a bit on the pricier side as compared to some other quotes, but worth every dollar and definitely a good value for the quality. Will definitely be using them again. read more

So we are afraid to write this review, as we do not want our secret out - we don't do our own windows! Our business right on Broadway Ave. looks amazing due to Urban Street Windows! We have tried some of those guys that come in with a bucket and bless them they really try and they are so cheap, but leave a lot to be desired like knowing when they will be back. We finally decided it was time to contract a real company to handle this task for us. We asked for a few quotes right here on Yelp and floored by the small fee charged by Urban Street. We were not sure if they were legit but booked them for a first appointment. From the 1st interaction by e-mail which I love to our weekly cleaning for the last 5 weeks we are thrilled with the service. Worth every penny! We decided to contract them for a monthly interior/exterior cleaning and then a exterior only the rest of the month on a weekly basis. They have shown up each week at the time they stated they would. They get in and out quickly and rarely come into our office for anything. We are on auto-pay with a credit card and never have to deal with invoices - makes our life simple. We're lucky to have great light & great big windows in our place, but knew we'd need to find someone to clean them professionally a few times a year. When I saw Scott & Ryan from Urban Street cleaning store front windows on Milwaukee Ave, I immediately knew I wanted to hire them. Why? Because they ride very cool cargo bikes from job to job. And because they're excellent at what they do. They show up on time, complete the job precisely as requested, and are -- in my opinion -- too reasonably priced. They're also good guys who will be kind to your dog and kids when they're working at your house.
