Bank Of America is a nightmare to deal with! I have had the unfortunate displeasure and dealing…read morewith them far too many times this last month. While on vacation my credit card got stolen and I had to call them multiple times to get the charges removed after being added back on to my statement. They had no proof or reason as to why those charges are back on and I wasted multiple hours and got transferred to multiple people trying to get this issue resolved. Within the same timeframe I was refinancing my house and it was a horrific trying to get a statement that my HELOC was paid of and closed. I would not recommend any of their lines of business! They are so difficult to get a hold of and customer service does not provide any customer service. Look elsewhere! This company is horrible!

Used Windermere twice and regretted both times but this last one with Brian Finch was an absolute…read morenightmare. Nothing but one lie after another, bullied us into terms we clearly stated we didn't want, he went back and forth so many times then we asked the closing be extended due to only leaving us 19 days to clear out a home we had over 30 years, he lied and claimed the buyers refused to extend the closing and later after talking to the buyer myself they said we could have had a whole nother month as they didn't move in till a month after closing. Brian did nothing but lie, held up closing twice due to he offered a home warranty then tried charging me for it refused to answer phone calls from the closing agent which caused closing to be held up twice. I think he was desperate for cash so needed it to close asap. He refused to show us any houses leaving us to have to stay in a 5th wheel with no water, no skirting in the middle of January. Even the buyers agent was astounded at all the lies Brian told and the bullying. I contacted his broker and evidently he doesn't care how clients are treated as long as that sales made. I could never in good faith recommend Windermere and especially Brian Finch. Use a more reputable company.
