Our son will be a pediatric resident in Spokane, for the next three years. I found Jonathan's professional profile on Google, searching for realtors in the Spokane area. I provided him with our "needs" list, and also provided him with some properties we were interested in. Jonathan said his son Brandon would reach out to me too. We promptly received listings meeting our needs. It was a streamlined list, including properties that recently hit the market, that Jonathan and Brandon felt would fit our son's needs. What we really appreciated, is that Jonathan and Brandon provided listings at or below the sales price we were comfortable with. It came down to two properties that best met our son's needs. However, an offer to purchase, was made by another buyer, which the seller accepted, leaving only one property, that we wanted to purchase, to make an offer. Before we made an offer, through no fault of Jonathan and Brandon, our son decided not to purchase a home at this time. He wants to rent for a while, and get to know the area better. He's moving to Spokane from Seattle. He just graduated from medical school at UW. When our son is ready, we'll contact Jonathan and Brandon, because we know they will do their best to find a home that will meet our son's needs. Our family highly recommends Jonathan and Brandon Bich (pronounced "Bick"), if you are seeking to purchase a home in the Spokane, Washington area. Jonathan is retired from the military. That's another thing our family bonded over as my husband retired from the military as well. Jonathan and Brandon are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive to their clients' needs. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. We look forward to working with them again, in the future.

Every resident must pay for their own parking spot, and guests have nowhere safe to park--they're stuck on a busy street, walking five minutes just to reach your apartment. Avoid this place.

I recommend you pull up the "Not Recommended" reviews so you can see my fiance Ryan's review. The…read moreway that management treated him was unprofessional and uncaring. I am disappointed by their conduct and continued failure to apologize or make amends for how they treated him. From the moment we set foot in our new apartment, the way management has treated us individually was markedly different. My interactions with Jesica and the leasing office have been nothing but positive. However, my fiance, a veteran and person of color, has had interactions with Jesica which were cold at worst and disinterested at best. Ryan de-escalated the situation by bringing his concerns to management-the professional thing to do when facing that kind of treatment from Jesica and her team. He then communicated with Rachel from Prodigy Property Management (the company who owns Magnesium Village). Rachel then accused Ryan of being aggressive towards Jesica and her team, which is entirely untrue. Ryan is not an aggressive or violent person whatsoever. For Rachel to accuse him of acting that way when she was not present for the situation herself (or has even met him, for that matter) was alarming. Finally, after being presented with those baseless accusations, Jim (the President of Prodigy) called Ryan to speak about the situation. Jim, like Rachel, entirely sided with Jesica and the property management team (referring to them as "his girls"... yuck). And again, instead of trying to dissolve any pressure or tension from the situation, Jim doubled down that Magnesium Village could do whatever they pleased without having to show the policy. Afterwards, Jim sent Ryan an email where he specifically warned Ryan that he is "likely far more intimidating" than he realizes. What kind of company President would say that to a resident-let alone any human being? Seems like Magnesium is trying to get people to give 5-star ratings on Google to bury Ryan's review. There even is a review from a person who merely toured the complex, and doesn't even live here. I urge you to pay attention to any negative reviews, especially if you are a veteran or person of color yourself.
