I do have a Lennox system installed and I was pleasantly surprised it is still under the warranty at least for the parts and this guys would take care of the issue. Also the only other company who agreed to have a look were those fellows in pink trucks and oh boy....they charged me like $90 to diagnose what system already self-diagnosed and the only assistance offered was cleaning flame sensor and advising me to keep sucking out the water case it overfills again. However the tech guy left me with same error I expected him to fix. I was very impressed that Carter had all the tools and knowledge to test the system and parts most likely to cause the issue and that the part was promptly ordered. I would prefer them to service our system simply because they know what they are doing and are professional when it comes to the long lost art of communication.

A technician came out, serviced the unit, and identified the issue: a faulty blower. He provided a quote for the replacement, which I approved immediately. That's when the problems began. Ten days later, I called for an update and was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Another ten days later, I was informed the part wasn't available, but they could try retrofitting a similar one. When I asked if there were other options, they said no--so I agreed. On the scheduled day, I took time off work, only to receive a call 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive saying they could now order the correct part directly from the manufacturer--something they had previously claimed was impossible. To proceed, I had to pay in full immediately. Fast forward three months, and I still didn't have a working fireplace. For weeks, I was repeatedly told, "It should arrive next week." Finally, after expressing my frustration, I got a call at 5:00 PM saying they had located the part, expedited shipping, and could complete the repair the next day. I took another day off work. The technician arrived--but with the wrong part. Instead of tracking down the actual component, they gave him a universal one that didn't fit. They then assured me the correct part would arrive in two days. This time, my wife took the day off work. The technician showed up an hour and a half late (after I had called and reminded them we had rearranged our schedules for this), but they finally made the repair. Other issues worth noting: I was promised a callback from a manager or owner--still waiting on that. Their phone system is a mess. Every time I was placed on hold (which was often), someone else would pick up and begin a different conversation. I would explain who I was and they would say "oh, let me put you back on park." The three coldest months of winter without my primary heat source, multiple days off work, countless phone calls, and constant misinformation (what my generation would call lies). I will never use this company again.

Mold Busters treated my house twice before I purchased the home (new construction, mold caused by…read morepoor building practices by the contractor). After 6 months of living in the home, the mold returned with a vengeance. I had my home tested by another company and results came back with high levels of claudisporium and aspergillus. Results were from the same Arizona lab. Mold Busters came by a week later to test, and wouldn't you know it, their results were different showing low to no traces of mold or growth. ?? Confirmation bias, or cya I'm unsure of their true motive. I have since confirmed mold with additional testing (and personally saw it and photographed it). I also saw the method they used to "track" any mold growth... pretty laughable. Long story short, I seriously question this company's sampling/testing process. Also, I recommend anyone looking at mold remediation should look elsewhere. Just fogging an area and doing nothing to remove the spores is less than half the battle. For them doing about 10% of the work it took to eliminate my mold problem, notice the 1/5 stars.
