But instead I was told it would be sent the following week. When it wasn't I called and was told it was in the mail. Another week passed and I called again, this time I was told that they had been busy and just mailed it that day. No apology for the delay or inconvenience, or the fact that what I was told the week before wasn't correct. Perhaps I shouldn't have paid the bill in full till I got all the paperwork which naturally anyone would want, so you can get the rebate and so when I sell the house I will have proof warranty for the new owner. But as I said the men who actually did the work were very good at their jobs.

If in the market, I would shop around, compare prices and look for membership in the BBB. I would also look for a company that does not try to hide email and individual contact information. I would also look for a company that issues statements with a complete breakdown of parts and labor. I believe the technicians working for Right Now are professionals however, I believe the business practices are deceptive. It is not my intent to trash the company, only to save the consumer from making costly decisions.
