We recently had one of their representative come out to measure for carpet in four rooms and a staircase. We have already torn out the old carpet and padding and when we were told that there would be a fee for removal, my husband stated that he would not pay for a service that Goshen Floor Mart would not be doing. Goshen Floor Mart is refusing to give us a quote because we were not willing to pay them for removal that has already been done. They have lost a repeat customer and we will be sure to let all of our friends know that Goshen Floor Mart should not be used for any of their remodeling needs. I have never given a review to any business but after spending thousands of dollars with this business to have them treat us this way is unacceptable and I will be sure to spread the word every chance I get. Very unhappy customer!

We have a strict deadline we need this carpet in by. A week later, the day they're supposed to come, they call and say it's too far. We told them our address and they were aware of the time it would take to get here. Irresponsible people. They could've told us at the spot. Terrible service as well. Unreasonable prices.
