I tried to create an appointment online and it was unavailable as an online. I called and they said I had to come into the branch. I walked into the branch at 3pm and they said getting an appointment so close to closing time would not be possible. Every person that walked into the branch for banking services was turned away while we waited to make an appointment. Creating a new account should not be this difficult Wells Fargo.

This page says SPIRE but it is now the merged Blaze credit union. I was surprised not so see a stand alone ATM it instead is in the first dive thru lane, after the big teller window. I was the only vehicle there so I was able to withdrawal in $10 and $20 increments. Once I had my money I just backed up to get in to another lane and asked the teller for smaller $ bills. This bank doesn't have a teller window off of the window, where the drawer comes out. I just put the $20 In the tube and sent it to her. She called to confirm I had an account and needed my account number. Then when she sent my money back I had to sign a receipt for her. A few more steps to get the money I wanted but it was painless, thanks Blaze.

We received a letter that our…read morehouse was in a flood zone (it wasn't with our original bank and isn't in the FEMA map) and it said that we need to get flood insurance within 45 days or else they would automatically charge us. Long story short, they were horrible to work with - poor communication, lies, and ultimately, they force people to get one of their products when it clearly isn't needed. Worst bank experience I've ever had!

Not friendly, not helpful, and actually just downright rude. People go there to get cashed from the scrapyard down the road & she acts like it's an inconvenience for her to have to help one who doesn't have an account there.
