Working with Ian was a pleasure, while evaluating me each week and working my muscles I also enjoyed talking with him about things going on in our lives. Ian would then hand me off to Kailee (or "Sergeant Kailee" as I called her) who would take me through 15 or so exercises. The most frustrating part has been my interaction with my main therapist post appointment. He assigned exercises in an online portal that comes with videos but one exercise had a broken video, which still hasn't been fixed, and many of the exercises don't tell you what the target muscles are. Furthermore, there is a feedback section with each exercise: I filled out some question after my first workout and never heard back. After contacting my therapist about this he told me it's better to do via email, which isn't very convenient. What's the point of the feedback section. Overall, I just feel like my therapist isn't putting the work in and it's very frustrating.

He scraped for literally a minute and said it looks good, and charged me again for the 2nd visit. That should of been free when you didn't do your job the 1st time, and it's 2weekd later. I went back after realizing it was still there and went back in a 3rd time, but it was the same visit as the 2nd time. Front desk guy said it wouldn't be a charge, but here came the 3rd bill...which I'll never pay. Horrible front desk service, must be family member hire. My primary care physician would offer three options: pain meds, muscle relaxers or physical therapy. I went the physical therapy route for six months, and received some relief. But insurance refused to cover the traction I needed. The PT group I went to was a comedy of revolving door personnel: I would waste on average an hour and a half of my time waiting for treatment stations and getting different therapists with most visits. Fast forward to the present, when my Naturopath doctor suggested a chiropractor. I contacted Dr. Leisa since I had been reading her health columns for years. She gave me a complimentary consultation and ordered my xrays, after which we started a plan using the Cox method and acupuncture. What an amazing difference! Pain mitigation was immediate. I'm progressing and getting my life back. It's shocking that my own doctor of eight years did not recognize the classic signs of scoliosis. So many thanks to Dr. Leisa for the thorough and compassionate care I receive with each visit. She makes sure I am staying on track and always zeroes in on what my needs are for each visit.
