I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. The most frustrating part has been my interaction with my main therapist post appointment. He assigned exercises in an online portal that comes with videos but one exercise had a broken video, which still hasn't been fixed, and many of the exercises don't tell you what the target muscles are. Furthermore, there is a feedback section with each exercise: I filled out some question after my first workout and never heard back. After contacting my therapist about this he told me it's better to do via email, which isn't very convenient. What's the point of the feedback section. Overall, I just feel like my therapist isn't putting the work in and it's very frustrating.

I revisited Key following an assault I was the victim of at age 77. It resulted in a titanium hip/leg replacement in October '25 and 3 subsequent weeks in rehab. They enabled me to heal from an open reduction/internal fixation of my dominant right leg. I entered unable to stand from a chair and on a walker. After an intensive 3X/wk regimen at Key for 8 pmonths, I returned to my pre-assault condition going to the gym for walking, power yoga and weightlifting. We were unhappy with the PT at the facility our insurance covered so we opted to try a session with Colbi. The sessions have been night and day difference vs the big box chain facility. Colbi is awesome. She pushes our daughter and individualizes her program. She is with Colbi the entire session, unlike our other facility where the PT was out of site 80% of the session so she was with an assistant most of the time. The attention to detail, continual pushing outside of my daughter's comfort zone have led to growth and improvement over the last 3 weeks. I found Jason through my trainer (Lindsey - Fit Happy Girl) and over the last year he has treated…read more(3) separate issues I've had. The first two ended up being related to an old ankle injury that was causing me issues in my shin and hamstring, making my workouts uncomfortable and ineffective at times. I saw Jason 3 times for each of those issues before they were completely cleared up. The last one I thought was some kind of nerve issue in my hand that had been causing me extreme pain in some of my fingers. I use the word PAIN here because at the best of times, my fingers would steadily throb at a level 3 pain and at the worst of times would shoot up to a 9 and I would feel a sharp, hot, almost electric sizzling in my fingers. This had been going on for YEARS (an old primary doctor wanted me to see a hand surgeon to discuss surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome!) It took Jason about 4 minutes of questions and probing the muscles in my forearm, bicep and neck before we realized the "pain" was likely stemming from my a group of knots in my forearm. He dry needled an area in my forearm and since then my thumb and middle finger haven't felt like someone hit them with a hammer. They honestly feel 75% better from one treatment. Jason's treatment plan doesn't require you to see him 4 times a week for 3 months in order to get you recovered. He dry needles the area that is either having the pain or where he thinks the pain is coming from and also gives you easy stretching or strengthening exercises to do between visits. When you feel better or recovered, you don't come back. The office is always clean and bright and his receptionist is super helpful with scheduling.

I have been to a different Spooner location on several occasions, and they have always been great…read more My recent visit to this location, a bit closer to my home, was no different. I had injured my left foot while exercising on my treadmill at home, and Spooner got me in right away once I realized that I would need a physical therapist. I was assigned to Emily, who is as fantastic, professional, and helpful as every other Spooner therapist has been with me. She knew what she was doing, and I progressed so well that I was discharged earlier than expected. My wife has also had fantastic therapists at this location, so I highly recommend coming here if you have need of their services. A tip: The dedicated entrance to the Spooner facility is on the south side of the office building, so you'll want to park in the parking lot between the building and the freeway. Spooner has a few marked spaces in front of the sidewalk that leads to their entrance. It may not look at first like an entrance you can use, but it is. While I believe you can also access their suite through the hallway leading from the main entrance for the building, that's usually a long unnecessary walk--and depending on your injury, you might appreciate less walking. :)
