I went there for a consultation. The frontline staff was super nice, and so was the nurse practitioner who checked me out. The sales rep was nice and not too pushy but I could tell that she was not too excited that I didn't buy a treatment right away. Ideal image services are a rip off. They offer the Lifetime Guarantee, but this is not a true guarantee of service. They will promote that you can receive unlimited services if you are not satisfied with hair loss and if new hair grows, you get to come in for a touch up. However, they do not write in the contract or tell you that each touch up is an additional charge! They are great at false advertising, do not fall into their trap! Moreover, they only give you a certain amount of time to complete your treatment. Each visit the treatments were prolonged so they could fit less treatments in the given time frame. Also, at the end of my treatments I had more hair in areas due to instructions from the clinic to shave areas prior to treatments. I went into the clinic to help with this and they said it was not something they could help with. On calling the corporate office, they said they were "unable to grant additional treatment" I feel like I have made a great mistake by trusting Ideal Image, please don't make the same mistake as me! read more

after writing my review on my experience with the beavercreek location, they responded publicly to my review, contacted me privately to express their "concern" for my bad experiece. I was told they would see what they would be able to do to make it right and that id get a call back after the weekend on Monday. That call never came Monday and so I reached out to the original email that had contacted me about my review and then received a call back on Tuesday, where I was basically told that I'm not eligible for any discounts or reimbursement or any type of resolution for the crappy customer service and terrible results I got. they offered to show me my before & after photo at the end of this call as if I didnt have to take these lips home and to work where they looked bad and everyone knew it because how can you hide botched lip filler. Everything about my experience with Ideal Image has been terrible. I concur with the many other reviews that there's definitely a pressure element to the sales. Worse, they require payment up front. I totally get that COVID has impacted a lot of businesses but it feels very dishonest to sell services that you know you can't actually provide for several months because you're overbooked. Trying to get them to refund the services that they're unable to perform in a timely fashion is a nightmare to boot. I purchased several services and was actually able to get one of them performed. It didn't go well either. I had filled out my medical history previously online and had disclosed my HIV status. During my appointment, when I went through my medication list I answered that one of the drugs was my antiretroviral. I told the provider I was undetectable and in normal health. I've never had any other health practitioner question that but she asked me when I was diagnosed, my cell counts and then excused herself from the room. When she returned she told me I had to have recent labs to show them or I couldn't get my treatment. I showed them to her on my phone and got the treatment. I was told for future treatments I'd need to bring labs with me. It was the most stigmatizing experience I've ever had with a "medical" provider. I won't return here because it is clear that they need to educate themselves on HIV. Botox is completely safe for patients with HIV. I had hesitations about them in the first place but in the future I'll go to an actual medical doctor to have my treatments as it is clear that they are not well educated or friendly to HIV+ patients. There are many decent and reputable dermatologists in the Dayton area that can provide a far more positive experience. read more

Do not waist your money! After I use all my treatment sessions included in package I still have my hair growing. They set up a "free" additional treatment and finally asked me to pay $50 they I come in for appointment. So they, actually, they did lie saying that it s free. Perhaps the greatest scam I've ever fallen for, and I'd like to consider myself aware of these things. Long story short, I showed up and signed up to have the hair removed from my neck. After many treatments, some very very painful by the way, the hair still grows on my neck. On top of that, they didn't warn me to pay my balance off by a certain date so I got charged over $1000 more for a service that didn't work. If anybody on here says that the hair removal works, they are friends or employees of that establishment. I have black hair so don't let them tell you "he probably had lighter colored hair". Very poor customer service when you pay $$$$ up front for hair removal and on my second treatment was told that they could not remove (1) one hair that I pointed out 1" above my jawline.  Evidently the technician would not remove the one (1) hair that I pointed out explaining that the area was not included in my contract.  I was stunned and in shock that a hair removal company would not remove ONE hair.  They received my full payment at the first visit including an additional amount for a lifetime guarantee.  Really? I've had Botox several places all over the country over the last few years (move a lot for job). Deborah is by far the BEST at Botox! She doesn't place the treatment so close to the brow that it droops or so high that you get the crazy arched surprised look. She's very gentle and you actually almost don't even notice the needle. I also had BBL with her and another practitioner named Lisa. Again, another positive experience. The office is very clean and they use all the correct precautions for cleaning your skin prior to treatment (I was going to an MD In Kettering who didn't even use alcohol prior to injection and he knew us was medical!!!!). Their prices are good and run great specials. Tammy is very responsive. I'd give 10 stars if I could. read more

EXPENSIVE! Even with the 'discounts'. Very pushy with making the sales so they can hit their 'sales goals'. Go in for multiple different sessions, miss spots. Watch out! I had gone into ideal image to get an estimate on how much it would be to get ice sculpting treatment and decided that I was going to do it. I had made an appointment to do it in January and had also signed paperwork. I couldn't go to the appointment so I called and cancelled it. Ideal image charged me anyways! I then started getting phone calls saying I was delinquent in payments when I never even got the treatment!
