The receptionists were friendly and greeted me right when I walked through the door. The waiting room, consultation room and treatment room were all very clean and well maintained. My first visit was a consultation. She went over everything clearly and made sure to answer any questions I might have had. I had to opportunity to do a 3-year payment plan, which is a great option, but I just paid upfront. Today I had my first treatment and I could not believe how quick and easy it was! Portia went over a few things with me, made sure I didn't have any last minute questions or concerns, then did the treatment. Honestly, it did not hurt anything like I expected.
