natalie is by far the best injector i've ever had. i get complimented on my lips a lot, and usually, injectors get lazy because they think my natural shape makes their job easy. but natalie? she didn't take any shortcuts. her attention to detail was next-level, like she was treating me even better than she would treat herself. she was so thoughtful and even let me push my appointment back an hour, which was super accommodating. i got both botox and filler, and she absolutely killed it. my last experience in boulder left me with inconsistent results, and when i tried to squeeze in at the westminster clinic last friday, they literally denied me after i showed up--wild. but natalie took the time to numb my lips, did my botox with care, and spread it out across my forehead perfectly for maximum effect. no laziness here! and when she did my lips, she used a technique called fanning. i could tell it was more tedious, but her dedication never wavered. so many injectors would have cut corners, but not natalie. she was all about precision and getting the best results possible. even though i live 45 minutes away, i'll 100% be making the drive to see her again. her attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness were next-level. plus, the whole experience at mimi was warm and welcoming. thank you so much, natalie, for going above and beyond! pic is 22 hrs after treatment ! read more

Coolsculpting does not work. Didn't work for me and I wish I had listened to the many others that said the same thing. I unfortunately ignored them out of desperation. Now my treatment area looks the same and I am out of about 3 grand. Here's their business trick, if you lose weight since your first appointment, they will take credit for the results that you see, or they will tell you that you just didn't lose enough weight. Same thing for if your weight stays the same. Now if you gain weight, they will obviously say that the reason you see no change is because of the weight gain. I gained a few pounds since my first visit. Not uncommon for women's weight to fluctuate with their cycle, also I've been working on building up muscle , and its clearly toned me up. Even though I weigh a few more pounds now, the rest of my body has firmed up and slimmed down since my last visit, except for my treatment area. This is always the case when I lose fat and it is why I even gave coolsculpting a shot. They won't offer additional (free) treatments if you don't see the results they promised. It probably costs them no more than $100 for the few treatments that they charge thousands for. read more

Literally kicking myself for not reading these reviews before I signed up. This is a scam company. They got me to sign up for $1500 worth of services; which I decided I did not want. It was too late, and now I'm obligated to pay. The fact that they won't even do a partial refund for such an expensive service that I never got screams scammers to me. If they were a legit company they'd be more then happy to refund for a service never received. I'm definitely not going to go through w my service now. Anything that locks you in like that is surely not a trustworthy company. I'm scared of what they do to people. Ideal Image review I have been going to Ideal image since last May 2021. My husband bought me the lifetime warranty treatment for 5 areas. My first treatment was fine but afterwards it wasn't. I was advised by the sales dept rep that "it will be so nice for you to get laser and then be out in the sun since you're going on a trip and your legs will be so smooth" Needless to say, I spent weeks trying to recover my legs from the agonizing burns I had in my legs. I had to be medicated to relief the pain, redness and swelling. I brought this up to their attention at my next laser treatment and even the nurse at the time said "the sales rep don't know shit half the time" This is obviously very accurate. Throughout the rest of my treatments I had amazing nurses. Honestly the medical staff, was always so friendly. HOWEVER, the admin staff WAS NOT helpful neither welcoming. Several of my appts were changed randomly which caused me not being able to attend those and rescheduling (even though I had already been scheduled appropriately). Thus once my 18 month contract was supposedly up, I was told I couldn't have the treatment left that I should have gotten but I was rescheduled by the office with no notice. This caused for me to miss the "timeframe" in with that treatment should have fallen so I could get it done. Regardless, my legs, underarms and periA areas STILL GROW HAIR so much !!!!!!!! After 18 months of continuous treatment! I brought this up and was advised to "just purchase another plan" ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? I have Ideal over 10 thousand dollars at this point and have NOT been happy with my results AT ALL !!!! nevertheless, I decided to give them another try and purchased another plan for 5 more areas. When I booked for the new areas, I showed up and was told I wasn't there for all that treatment and they did not have enough time to get my new areas done. AGAIN losing time here since they only treat you every 6 weeks for only 18 months!!!!!! I am a working psychiatric provider seeing patients in the mental health filed daily so I cannot just take any time off and go get my laser done ! They was no notice about it no refund once you pay without getting any service done. We had a new contract written out since I only paid part of it. I never received the new payment via email. Im shook that people like her are the face of this company. I never go out of my way to say something but within 5 seconds of the conversation, I was not interested in Ideal image. Wow. I just had a zoom consultation. It's wasn't to talk about my face or look at your skin, it was a sales person trying to get me to enter into a contract. They sent me an email with a security code via email during the zoom call in order for me to find out how much the sessions would cost. While on the zoom call, I entered the code and began to fill in the form. It asked for my social security number. I said that I was not giving that personal information out. She said it was for them just to clearly know who I am. She assumed I would want financing and tried to trick me into applying. I did not want financing. I was definitely not going to pay 2k up front for month laser hair removal sessions! And definitely not going to do so through a loan! She really really really wanted me to finance with whatever bank they use and didn't want to be clear at all about what she was trying to get me to do! They claim their hair removal is totally permanent and their machine is so superior that you should pay $2k for 16 sessions even though you will only need a few for it to be gone forever. I have had many sessions with different machines at different places and always my facial hair eventually comes back and I believe it's a lie that I will be that satisfied to constitute handing over 2 grand upfront . Everyone has always charged $50 a session, no down payment, no paying upfront. After she realized that I would not finance, she offered me to pay $500 down and then they charge my debit card $82/'month for 16 months even though she claimed me hair would be permanently gone after about 3 sessions. I asked what laser they used and wrote it down. I could tell she didn't like that and realized that I was simply going to do my research and find out their laser is no better than other providers who would not try to extract 2+ grand out of me. This company has the strangest sales tactics. I was doing some research to figure out what packages would be best and where I should go. I scheduled a 30 minute consultation and it was great at first. Then it all went downhill. The consultation started at 3:30 instead of 3:20. I said I had a hard stop at 4:00 because of a work meeting that was scheduled that day. She said "Okay. Perfect." The presentation isn't great and they tell you to get on Zoom on your phone. They try to show you all of the packages and pricing but you can barely see it and have to zoom in on everything. I asked my questions and the prices with this "deal" were great. It's about 4:00 and I have to get on a work call. And just like that, her voice changes. As someone who works in 'sales' and worked in an office, it's something that I'm way too used to hearing - the sleazy sales voice. Ugh... really? Doesn't she know that so many people see right through that? I could barely see the slides and I'm a visual person. I need everything laid out in front of me. You also told me that this is permanent. I don't think I'm ever going to want body hair but you would be making a modification to my body that is not natural. I told her that I could not make a decision on a package right at that moment and asked her to email me the pricing and package details. She said no and started to have an attitude. I let her know that I was unsure of what areas I wanted done and wanted to get my older sister's opinion. Do I need to do the top of my legs? Do I have them do it on most of my face? I don't know. If I decide that something isn't needed, why would I spend money on it? She then asks me how old I am... I tell her I'm 27 and she responds with "Oh. For a second, I thought I was talking to an 18 year old. Do you let your sister make all of your decisions?" So she insulted me and then expected me to hand over thousands of dollars. Oh... and this deal only lasts for the duration of your Zoom call. That's hilarious. They already wasted enough of my time. I hung up and got on my work call so I can make money to pay for laser hair removal somewhere else. I would pay SO much more to go somewhere where they're actually genuine, understanding, and professional. Please let Molly know (for her own good) - 1. The sales voice is not helping. What a criminal racket this "business" is! I got pricing on services, was verbally promised 50% off cool sculpting services after the first two treatments, and after reading the fine print discovered the 50% off future cool sculpting treatments was only valid after paying full price for 6 treatments! I am 50 pounds overweight and specifically asked how much weight I would need to lose for the two treatments get me where I wanted to be and the snake salesmen told me I was" in the right shape to begin treatment right away". That is false! All other literature states this procedure is recommended for people within 20 pounds of their ideal body weight. After high pressure telephone and zoom sales pitch, and getting qualified instantly for a personal loan to cover costs of treatments and services, I called back the same afternoon and said I wanted to cancel all appointments and the entire agreement, which under Colorado Biyer Remorse Law, I have three days to cancel in writing, which I did the SAME day. But, their snake lender said they had funded my personal loan monies to Ideal Image the day after I cancelled. Now Ideal Image refuses to give the lender back $490 of the over $10,000 monies funded to them, claiming I purchased products they had already mailed to me- even though I had cancelled same day! And, I never received any products or services from this scam company. Ridiculous! I will not pay the lender a dime. Ideal Image is responsible to refund all monies. I was even told if I provided a doctor note stating I was not medically fit for the procedures, Ideal would cancel the agreement- even though State Law says I already had. Do, I spoke to my doctor and got the note to them, yet they still refuse to refund all monies back to their lender, who Ian certain they are in with to rip people off. If you are within 20 pounds of your ideal body weight, seek a reputable company who does not lie, does not over price, and does not tell you they are going to be mailing free products for you to use prior to the first procedure, and then try to stick you with a $490 bill! ULTHERAPY --DO NOT GET THIS TREATMENT. THE HEAT CAUSES "FACIAL FAT LOSS," better said it kills the fat in your face which causes wrinkles. I had this done as a preventative measure. My fat disappeared and left wrinkles not there before. within one month I could see the change and the wrinkles got deeper within 3 months. Facial Fat is gone permanently - you can't get it back. You need that fat to look youthful. I'm asking for a complete refund. What are they thinking? .... they give you wrinkles then you will come back in for fillers? I do not recommend this place. And by no means allow any heat mechanism on your face or neck, regardless of where you go. I am warning you. First let me say, everyone at County Line and Colorado Blvd have been wonderful and sweet. It's unfortunate that no one will accept responsibility OR has the ability to correct what went wrong. I am a little more than frustrated. During my initial consultation (via zoom) with the sales individual, we talked about different procedures and benefits. Came up with a reasonable plan. I was told that IF I purchased a membership, I'd receive one of my procedures (Ultherapy) for free. Sounded like a great deal! However, after purchasing ALL of my services and trying to schedule an appointment for my free service, I was told my free membership service wasn't covered. Instead they offer alternatives - which btw are hardly areas anyone has done. Fine. I'll get over it. Went to my first Botox appointment and they asked for an additional $500+.Had already paid for my treatment so I was a little confused. After a 20 minute investigation, it was determined there was a glitch in the system. Okay, glad we cleared that up. This was the first time I've ever had Botox done and I was shocked a few days later. Felt like I had Jack Nicholson eyebrows. Called and with an arm twist and a pull, they got me in that afternoon. The technician have me a little more Botox and... Whoa La ! Have slightly droopy eyelids (less than what I've seen on Google but more than I'm definitely used to) but not being able to put on eye liner without lifting my eyelids was better than looking like I should be on the movie set of The Shining. I'll deal with it. Was assured they'd put it in my notes and know what to do next time (if there is a next tine). My major issue was the scheduling!! Purchased fillers during my consult. Which are not cheap. The day before my filler appointment, I called because I had not received a reminder confirmation and phone call like I did with the Botox appointment. Apparently, it was cancelled. No notes, no reason. It was just cancelled. So... had to rescheduled another appointment 4 weeks out. Went to that appointment but didn't have any treatments (this was on me). Was a little nervous and had found out an hour before my appointment that I had an interview the following day. Couldn't cancel because there would be a $50 fee. Brought that up to the technician and she said, let's reschedule you. She felt my hesitancy to even have the procedure done and gave me some more time to think about it. Awesome woman!! Rescheduled 2 weeks out. Went to my appointment Thursday (have the confirmation email) and they didn't have me on the schedule. What's?!? I was sent the confirmation. Confirmed the appointment. I have proof! What the heck happened?!? Not only did I have to take off work, waste gas, figure out my kiddo situation but this is the third appointment time I was scheduled for the same procedure (not including the one I actually went to). Did I also mention, they had me scheduled for the day prior and was considered a 'no show'. Yup, guessing that'll cost me $50. Never received ANY confirmation for that appointment! Plus for each and every appointment, because it's somewhat invasive, you have to prepare yourself. I am so disappointed. Although it's probably not any one particular person's fault, there were plenty of mistakes several people made which has brought me to submit this poor review. There are plenty of other wonderful, accredited spas offering great deals on memberships and incentives for the perfect beauty your looking for AND they do not have hoops to jump through or 8 weeks out on booking appointments. My suggestion is if you want and pay for over $1800 worth of services, go somewhere else. They are NOT worth the repeated let downs and consistent waste of my time and energy. I had a virtual consultation for a cool sculpting treatment and was never offered an in-person consultation. The sales person (in FLORIDA, not Denver) who sold me the treatment told me that I was "100% a candidate, easily treatable" - so I went ahead and bought a session and booked an appointment. At my appointment, I find out that only 50% of people are candidates to receive cool sculpting in the area I had bought to be treated - this was NEVER mentioned during my consultation. Turns out I'm not a candidate AT ALL, per the nurse who was supposed to do my treatment. I've now called twice and been told each time that a "manager would reach out to me in 24-72 hours" and I haven't heard a thing. Their service agreement states that if the medical professional deems you to not be a candidate, that you will receive your money back (less $100) so I won't stop trying to get my refund! The complete lack of honestly and integrity of their sales person is horrible. As a salesperson, she shouldn't be giving medical advice and Ideal Image shouldn't be selling treatments over virtual consultation that need an in-person assessment. read more
