Do not go here! I paid for, and completed, an 18 month membership and still have lots of hair growth. You only pay monthly which does not guarantee you a certain amount of treatments. They will space out your treatments according to your hair growth. However, the problem is if you need to reschedule it is nearly impossible to get an appointment in a short amount of time. I would have to wait 10 weeks rather than 6 but still paying the same price. You need a certain amount of treatments and there's no guarantee you'll be able to get those treatments. DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES I had a very annoying allergy reaction after getting laser treatment on my upper legs which was an add on, and they wanted to charge me $199 for cancellation, not concerned at all about my health. They act very negligent when you request a cancellation, and they are going to talk into buying more packages, but in case one area doesn't work for you, too bad because you already signed a paper saying that you can't request cancellation. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. I know it's cheap, and that's basically how they get you and then you're locked in with their terrible service. The front desk staff hate their jobs. You can never get a straight answer on any question, or trust what they are saying is really true. For example, I asked for a report on how many sessions I had completed till date, Adrienne from the front desk team took about 10 minutes to look up my chart. And then tells me she can't give it to me. I called their 1800 number and the lady on the phone gave me my details on the spot. Similarly, she said I've completed 9 sessions, while the lady on their hotline said 8. When you sign up, they will tell you the laser treatments are customized based on each person's growth. This is completely false; each body part has a pre-determined window. They aren't flexible at all, there's times when you have to drive all the way here for a 5 min appointment, and they somehow don't let you combine times. Don't expect to really get rid of all your hair, the technicians need to be more personalized and diligent for that. Other things - They are always running 5-10 mins late, at the minimum, but if you're even a min late, you're condemned for it or asked to reschedule. Rescheduling is a pain, with their Groupon/cheap deal sales, they stack clients up back to back which also causes their technicians to always run late. Overall, terrible experience. read more

I called to see if I could bring my kids (9 and 7) because I unexpectedly found myself without childcare, I'm a single mom. It's fine that they don't allow kids, but they charged me a cancellation fee for this. I'm paying a lot of money monthly for three areas and I didn't know about this policy. They said that it's on their website but frankly I don't care. If you can't be fair with your customers and you have to crisply refer to small print on your website then it's clearly not a good business practice. It would be one thing if they were losing money from my cancellation ... but I pay (a lot) monthly. I would expect a little more leeway and understanding. I was willing to reschedule, they were all booked. Fine. I asked to cancel my account with them and be refunded for the services I am paying for but not receiving. She couldn't do this over the phone and said I needed to email them, then never gave me the email address before hanging up. read more

I bought $800 of Groupon laser treatments from Simplicity Laser had one treatment they said because I upgraded to their membership for 18 months at a discounted price I lost all the unused funds. In the membership, it says if you intend to move the membership would stop. I am moving from Utah to South America. obviously, the distance makes it not feasible to continue. when I asked to schedule my next session they said I owed around $150 just to schedule. they said they do not reimburse unused funds and that I must keep paying them. this is unethical. I purchased the membership and then they told me I only need treatment every other month. So I ask if I'm only getting charged every other month? NOPE. I've been doing laser at this location for a few years now and have had an overall great experience with them. I have noticed a major decrease in hair growth and am nearing the end of my treatments. I think their pricing is fair I pay $79 for the whole body treatment, I used to pay more waxing that lasted no where near as long as laser. My only complaints I have are the no show policy and sales push. You do get a no show fee which I understand in most establishments however, I feel if the customer is paying a monthly fee the company is getting paid regardless(personal preference). Second is the push on sales of their products, I will say I love their sunscreen however during my time here I've been pushed to try a variety of other products that I've found to be ineffective and costly. read more

I dont recommend going here. This is the 2nd laser place in the city I've tried. The people you get are definitely hit or miss and not consistent. You can tell when one is more thorough than the other. Another time the lady burned several spots on my legs. I told her that it usually isnt painful on the legs but she insisted the hear was normal. The most frustrating aspect was the reschedule process. WARNING. If you reschedule within 48 hrs, you will be docked a whole session. So if you have an emergency, too bad for you. They claimed that they told me this but I have been coming here for a year and I have literally never been told that you would be docked a whole session if you reschedule within 24 hrs. If I had, I would have moved other things that came up to not miss a session. When I talked to them about it the reaction was simply well it's in our notes we told you so too bad. First session was fine. However, during my second session I was informed that the part of the bikini line that's in between your thighs is not considered your bikini line, but your inner thighs. Whaaaat??!!! But, when I put on a bikini, that is the part just outside of the ... you got it! Bikini Line!!!! And, that's the part I needed the service for! They consider the bikini line to be what you can see, two finger widths outside the bikini line, ONLY from the front when you are standing up. Basically, they are slicing up your bikini line into two separate parts to charge you more money. In the long run, it hurts them because I am going to get my underarms and legs laser treated, but not here. They lost my business with their cheap tactics. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT COME HERE. Every time I go in I remind them I did 6 treatments at another place prior. The first time I went in they started me at the lowest laser level so it literally did nothing for my hair removal. I feel like the technicians are more salespeople than anything every time you go in just don't say yes unless it's something you wanted before. Be sure to be really firm with the technicians on what you need. My results have been dismal compared to the place I went to before. I told the technician to turn it up for that reason and she basically said I can't compare this is an entire diff thing... yes it's an entire diff thing that doesn't work. If I could give zero stars, I would. Treatments do not work at all. After something around 12 treatments I've seen no difference. I am an ideal candidate for laser hair removal because of my skintone and hair color so the highest setting was used with zero results. I had a medical emergency and tried to call multiple times to reschedule an appointment and they wouldn't pick up, when I finally got through they financially penalized me for not calling soon enough even though I explained to them it was a medical emergency. The burden of my medical bills was so high I tried to cancel my subscription (which was not even supposed to be a subscription btw, the lady said it would be pay per treatment ) and they told me the cancelation fee was 199 wich obviously I couldn't pay because of my medical bills. So they were "nice enough" I guess to put my account on hold but they lied to me about how long the hold was on the phone. It's now going to cost me 323.96 dollars to cancel which I obviously can't pay because my medical emergency also made it so I can't work , which I told them. And they said the only accommodation they can offer is a 9 month hold if you get pregnant, which is deranged. Their entire business practice is predatory and gross, and you can get the same level of non-results from an at home machine on Amazon for like 100 bucks. Also I'm like 90% sure they're Trump supporters so really makes sense actually. They lie and scam and will fill in/change things on your contract after you've signed it. The only reason I even went to them is that someone gifted me 8 treatments because they got a Groupon. I told the lady i didn't want to sign up for an additional subscription but she lied to me and scammed me. Their facility in Centennial is dilapidated and sketchy. Their equipment is old and yellowed and their beds are cracking. It's disgusting and filthy and they don't sanitize anything. Obviously the Groupon should have been the biggest red flag but since I didn't buy the Groupon & it was a gift I figured why not? Hate that I am writing this, but want to be sure others don't fall victim. I bought a package of 6 hair removal treatments for $150, but before my first treatment Simplicity called and pushed for me to sign up for a monthly membership so I did. $50 a month for the Brazilian membership. AFTER my first treatment I was told by the tech (who is awesome) that she will see me in 7 weeks. Time for the math: 6 treatments (what I originally purchased for $150) originally came to $25 each. The plan I was talked into will cost (6 treatments, 1 every 7 weeks = 10.5 months) $525 or $87.5 each! I was not told about the 7 week interval until AFTER my first treatment and guess what? You can't cancel your membership AFTER you have had a treatment. Note: this is in no way a reflection on most of the ppl who work there. Everyone I have met in person, is great. It is a direct reflection on the invisible ppl who came up with the scheme and never have to deal with the ppl they screw over read more

I'm two sessions in, but I've had laser done before so I'm coming back to do a few more sessions. I learned about this place through Groupon. First, I would say the technicians I've had have been pretty ok. I noticed a big difference in how each of them treated my areas, so let's see how this goes. For that, I would give about 3.5 - 4 stars. If I remember, they use a Candela laser, so that brought it up because it's a good quality laser machine. What brings it down to 2 stars for me is the way they try to push the membership and product on you. Everytime I've walked in it's like walking into a timeshare office with the sales pitch on the membership. No where on their website do they explain in full detail about their required membership program and how it works, only after are you told that once you buy a package you're not allowed to get treatment if you don't buy into the membership. But the membership is ridiculous. You're forced to pay monthly even though treatments are every six weeks, and if you don't purchase a membership during your first session, and you decide after the package that you want to stay on, they charge you an extra $10 per month per area for a membership, PLUS you're STILL required to sign up for that 18 month membership. Let me break that down. A treatment every 6 weeks (if you go religiously) is about 8 treatments a year. I paid $79 for 8 sessions as my starter package - so basically a year's worth of sessions. But if I sign up for their membership I "get to" pay $15.71 extra a month (if I sign up at session 2) for 18 months (so approximately 13 sessions) meaning that I'm now paying an extra $282.78 for the additional 5 sessions. Tell me how that makes any sense? Why not just allow people to buy # session packages after their first one and not con/force them into a membership? And more importantly why penalize them if they do it at the end of the package? Plus they push their stupidly expensive product on you. I told them that they've lost a customer. I'm finishing out my packages and then finding a new laser place that doesn't like to scam their customers. read more

I completed almost all of my treatments except for the last one. When I called to schedule, they would not honor as my Groupon expired in a year. Even during Covid! So I was unsure of how it would work for I first went with the six treatment package for my face and I loved it. I have, or had, extremely course curly dark hair and it cause me all sorts of problems, but this has helped out tremendously so I decided to add more treatment areas and get a membership. I moved from one state to another and was easily able to continue my treatments. Sometimes they are very busy and you have to schedule out farther in advance. But for the most part they have been extremely on time and have been able to work with my schedule to. They are also great with keeping things sanitized due to COVID. I highly recommend. read more

I paid over a little over $1500 over the course of 18 months and it looks almost the same. Also, apparently you have to explicitly state you want your account frozen if you are going to be gone. I didn't know that and I was gone for three months during the summer due to travel and when I told the girl at front desk, she said okay and scheduled me for September when I would be back. I still got charged those three months even though I wasn't going in. I called three times to get my money refunded and every time I called, they said they would count those as payments for the next three months and every time they didn't do that. I got really frustrated with having to call so often, so I figured I would just finish my 18 month program and then not have to pay. Well, I finished it this past month, with very little decrease in my hair growth, and then they told me that I would have to continue paying every month the same price. I would have paid twice before I even got one more follow up treatment. I feel like if they can't do their job after over $1500, I shouldn't have to pay more. I debating even leaving this review because I really loved all of the laser techs that treated me during my membership here, but the customer service is atrocious and I wanted to warn people considering memberships. Especially since as great as those techs were, there has been rapid turn over in staff since I started my membership so I think most of the staff probably agrees with this review. ... I purchased a full-body, 18 month membership with simplicity laser about a month before COVID hit. My appointment was cancelled as a result (of course), but I was not notified it was cancelled, I had to call the company to check if they would still be having my appointment. Then, I was told I still had to pay the monthly fee, but would receive one month of free membership at the end of my membership term. Then multiple months of service were cancelled due to COVID, not just the one I was supposedly being compensated for. I was told I would be called/notified when they were able to begin treating clients again, and I was not. Not great, but okay. Many times throughout my membership I was told there were no appointments available for multiple weeks past the next time I was due for a treatment, so although I was vigilant about trying to schedule as many appointments as I could during my membership to get my value out of a membership, I was not able to truly get the full value of a membership fee. This was really disappointing. Lastly, my final appointment before my membership ends (in 4 days) was scheduled for tomorrow evening, and I just tested positive for COVID. I called to let them know and offered proof of my test, and they said they would have to call me back about how to handle rescheduling my final appointment. When they did call, they told me that they were not able to reschedule my final appointment since my membership expires this week. Sooo I basically did not get that free month of service I was promised at the start of my membership due to COVID, because of COVID! Overall, I do not recommend.
