I was severely burned by the owner herself while doing laser hair removal on my legs. and this has never happened in the multi times I have received laser over the past 10 years. When I called to report the issue, she asked if I can gone out into the sun or a tanning bed. It's the middle of winter and I'm already brown.. so tanning beds are not really my thing. It hurt while she was doing it and I asked if she was using the same setting as the previous staff, who were fired by this owner. She said, no, she was using a different setting. It was very painful on my lower legs and I even asked her to reduce the setting. She said well this is what you came in for. My legs now hurt and have a bunch of round and line burns. Not sure how they will heal. Please go somewhere else for better service and no burns :)
