After some encouragement from my best friend who testifies that laser hair removal was the best gift she ever gave herself, I finally decided to go for it. They can't make it much more enticing than giving you 75% off of 3 treatment areas. It is still pretty expensive, but they have options for payment plans. To date I've had 5 treatments, so I'm a little more than half way through the process. It's always easy to book appointments, and they send lots of text reminders which I appreciate. My most recent technician was Lindsey. She was so courteous, thorough, and easy to talk to. You can really tell that she cares that her guests receive the best treatment possible. Even though I had shaved earlier in the day of my appointment due to my own misunderstanding, she did her best to treat what she could. I appreciated that she took the time to explain things in detail so that I had a better understanding of the process and could get the best results possible. She was also the first technician I had (this was my fifth treatment) that applied the aloe vera for me at the end. My expectations were definitely surpassed. On November 19th, first time going to Ideal Image, received a total of 46 units of Xeomin in by forehead and a lip flip. Told the lady that I received 41 in the past. She said I need more this time. Today I LOOK LIKE THE JOKER with one eye lid drooping almost closed, like someone that just had a stroke. I sent a couple emails and text messages of pictures of my current JOKER face ONLY to receive a call back saying I would need to pay for 4 more units injected for the crow's feet TO HELP LIFT MY EYE LID. I went to Ideal Image about a month ago. My botox is uneven and they said it could just be my facial muscles... never have been told that before. I can already tell its wearing off. They were pushy about units and what should have been a 15-20 min. appointment lasted closer to an hour. When I made my purchase it was for a specific procedure to be completed in a certain time frame. At the time of purchase I made two appointments. Each time the day before the appointment they called to cancel and reschedule me with appointments that were months away. They will not give you a refund, and you can't talk to a supervisor. I cannot day enough positive things about my experiences with Ideal Image both via their corporate number and especially, in person at their Greensboro location. All of the ladies working here are extremely friendly and helpful! I have always been able to get an appointment within a week of my request to schedule and all of my results have been amazing. They regularly run specials on their services, reasonable service contracts that they will work with you on if you need to change a service you already signed up for but have yet to use, and they have always left me looking natural & well-rested. I was referred here by a friend & they definitely have me as a lifetime customer for Botox. My first round of Botox lasted eight months before I needed to come back in for a touch up & even then the nurse was surprised by how well it was working. I went in for the Brazilian and I got to add on the underarms for an extra 250. I was expecting to have to wait 4 weeks before I could go in for my first treatment but due to someone canceling I got to go today. The lady that did the treatment was super nice and knew what she was doing. I will tell you though that ish hurts in certain spots it makes you think why did I sign up for this. I know the results will be amazing based on the results I have after this one treatment. It only took 2 min per underarm if that long and about 10 min for the entire Brazilian area. I considered laser hair removal for several years, but was moving frequently and did not want to start until I knew I was going to be in one place for a few years. My friend had tried a few Groupon deals and Ideal Image, and she recommended Ideal Image, as the Groupon laser hair deals are never enough treatments to make a difference (they normally give 3 treatments, well that is what i have seen). I started underarm treatment in July 2015, and I still have one more left (August 2017). Nothing against Ideal Image, but my hair is just stubborn and although my skin tone / hair growth made me a good candidate for this, I have not had the results I was hoping for. Ideal Image guarantees 85-95% reduction, but I do not feel confident I have reached that range yet. Ideal Image as an establishment is great - they have many locations, the appointments are extremely quick (normally, I arrive early, am taken back before my appointment time, and out of there in 10 minutes or less). The staff is always pleasant and I love the aestheticians there - I have had several of them complete my treatments! The front desk staff can be a tad annoying with all the reminder phone calls, but I imagine that is necessary for many clients. I decided to start with my underarm area because I hated shaving my armpits and when I shaved, you could barely tell. Thus, I had the initial consultation where they explained the treatment plan, provided a payment plan, and then I paid a down payment and made monthly payments for the remainder. My underarms cost around $1,500 (or more?), which is an investment, but one I was willing to try. I had the 9 treatments that I paid for, then was evaluated for a 10th (at no extra cost), which I was granted due to my hair growth. Then, after the 10th, I was reevaluated for additional treatments based on my hair growth, and was given 3 more. At this time, I have one final treatment left (which will be my 13th treatment), and although I know I will still need to shave, my armpits look WAY better than ever before. Overall, I am not going to treat any other areas on my body at this time or in the near future, but I do think starting with a smaller area at Ideal Image is smart because you can see how the treatment reacts to your skin/body and then think about if it is worth it or not for other areas. THIS WILL NEVER BE A CHEAP OPTION, so know that going in! If you are serious about laser hair removal, you will need to spend a decent amount of money to see results (in my opinion). read more

I had a Zoom call with the consultant and agreed to the program and took the first available appointment which was OVER 3 weeks out. I completed all the questionnaires which included info about my kidney transplant in July. Upon arriving for my appointment - 10 minutes early as requested, however i was not seen until 15 after my scheduled time, I was taken into a room and told by a "pharmacist"on FT that they couldn't treat me until 1 year post transplant. Needless to say i was infuriated!! Ideal Image had all this info from the onset yet took my money and made me wait 3 weeks to tell me. They will negotiate sales terms with you until everyone can reach a price compromise. They call you back immediately and are more than gracious. Mostly women work here, and do the physical treatments. The treatments are done with utmost respect for personal privacy and comfort. The technicians are trained not only to do their current job, but my technician has been working in medicine for 10 years, and was previously a nurse to a heart surgeon. I cannot speak to the quality of their medical procedures. I was made to pay $925 before I was medically cleared to have the procedure done. I was denied clearance because of an allergic reaction that I had 60 years ago. They refused to void the charge before I left the office. They also said they couldn't do credit in office. A couple days later I get an email of asking how they can be of assistance. So I had to explain that I wanted a credit. I was told that the process would take between 15 and 30 days. I wrote back and said that that was unacceptable and there was no reason for them to hold onto my money for that period of time. When I hadn't received an answer for days later I had to again email and was told that it was being expedited. Now I have my credit card bill with payment due for services not rendered. DO NOT RECOMMEND! A total cluster, negative services & procedures performed, lack of communication (no call backs) and never have availability due to being short staffed. The office receptionist scheduled me for two pre-paid procedures a month in advance and then called me 2 days before and said this was an error on their part. The services I was having done needed to be 2 weeks apart. Then she could not find another date open within the same month that a provider would be available to re-book. They'd have to give me a call back...which never happened. The day before another service I got a call from the office and was told the provider that was scheduled to do my treatment just up and quit! So now I'm having to re-book yet another appointment. I had been a client with Ideal Image for 4 years. I was totally in love with Ideal Image for how they treated me and the reduction in hair in areas, however that drastically changed during this era of covid. I had been a repeat client who had signed two previous contracts with no issues, so I put a lot of trust in them to schedule me accordingly when I signed up for six new areas to be serviced. Back in March of 2020 when I met with them I was told that no matter what I would receive the care I had come to expect with no issues, only some delay due to the country literally shutting down for months. But I was patient with them because they were the ones in control of scheduling and I waited past multiple weeks that should have been scheduled because I understood that they were short staffed at the time, however a year had passed after this company dragged its feet multiple times and when I called to check on the status my last 4 treatments, I was told my contract had expired and they would only cover one more treatment out of courtesy, the rest I would have to come out of pocket for. This would cost me another 1500.00 on top of the 6000.00 plus I had already paid, which they took up front without even providing me the full service as defined in my contract. They knowingly went into this contract with the sole purpose of not following through on their promise to the client in mind, I only wish to complete my last 4 treatments so I can be done with this and move on. After this experience and knowing this is how they treat a long standing client, I think I am done with Ideal Image after this. This place has RIDICULOUS prices... I went in for a full Brazilian. I did not get a free consultation I was just given a baseline price of this is how much it will cost you. The total for my treatment was $6593.34!!! That is AFTER a 50-60-70% off discount! The full price would be around $15.2 thousand!!! I was quickly being rushed into signing a contract so I could avoid the hefty price and make the discount which I was told would be ending very soon. My friend was using a competitor (Sona MedSpa) and was getting the exact same service and the exact same number of treatments for a FRACTION of the price. Her total for her Bikini area was around $1000 with a discount. She got the same service and same number of treatments for A LOT less. Even with my DISCOUNT I would still be paying 2 to 4 times a higher price. I mentioned this to them and they said it is like driving a car. "You can either drive a Honda or a Lexus" was what I was told. In the end you get the SAME results. What justification do they have for being so INSANELY expensive?!?! With me trying to cancel my contract the "Regional Manager" who is in charge of the final decision told me that canceling my contract would make me LOSE my discount. I would be charged FULL price for the three visits I had done. Owing them an additional $600-700. The staff while friendly I feel so is only done to your face. I did really enjoy the technician I had for my first two initial visits. The last technician made me feel uncomfortable the ENTIRE time.
