I had my nails done on March 20, and unfortunately, by March 23 they had already started falling off and looked poorly done. I returned to the salon to address the issue and requested a solution. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied the work was theirs and refused to acknowledge the problem. When I asked them to remove the remaining nails, they tried to charge me an additional fee, which felt unfair given the situation. I have photos documenting the condition of the nails, which I will attach to this review. I went here right before Christmas and loved my nails by kelvin. The atmosphere was good. This time I went back and it was anything but enjoyable. I had an appt, was seen 15 minutes after. I get dip and it was a disaster to begin with. See picture, one hand has like 7 layers and the other has 3. It's noticeable and annoying. When it grows out the thicker one will get stuck in my hair. Visited this new nail salon and was so impressed! It is visually stunning! The interior design is so chic & it feels like you've walked into a magazine feature. I experienced their Spa Pedicure which was really nice! It included a leg mask, heated towel, leg massage, and even hot stones! Bonus: the pedicures come with a complimentary cocktail, wine, or mocktail to enjoy throughout!! They have so many colors to choose from too! Recently moved to the area trying to find a regular nail spot. Saw this was recently opened decided to give it a try. I went in for a full set while my husband got a pedicure. Store is super cute clearly newly opened all top of the line products. My husband said his feet felt amazing afterwards. He said he got weird stares from other patrons but his service was amazing and the mango margarita was tasty. Now I hope I got her name right and it was Sarah who completed my service. I wanted something simple again new to the area trying it out. Found a simple design and hoped for the best. I appreciate how she checked in multiple times with the length and shape. Showed me the design before it went under the lamp. Took care of it. I'm not super talkative but I appreciate all her attention and advice I like them a lot will definitely come back and recommend them. read more

Every service I've ever had hear has had top notch customer service and luxurious relaxation from start to finish! I just went back for a pedi and got plain white but my tech took her time and on the spa pedi. Complimentary drink w a full bar. Wine was tasty. Large, clean and pretty inside. Such a beautiful establishment with skilled technicians. From the moment you walk in your are met with luxury. The entire place is beautiful! You'll be wowed by all the nail selections. I love how the spa is split down the middle (manis on one side, pedis on the other). They even have the technicians names on their stations so just in case you love your technician you already know their name. Full bar serving up some great beverages. The lady who did my nails spent an hour on just applying acrylic and couldn't shape them right. She clearly didn't know what she was doing.

I had a terrible manicure (SNS) that barely lasted a week.. the gentleman ripped off the previous sns instead of soaking and it was uneven. Sloppy job. read more
