I just recently found this salon but I've been looking for one ever since my regular salon moved out of town. When I called they told me to come right in and I was really happy they were able to take me last minute. This has continued to be the case, as they seem to always have availability. I THINK I may have found a few salon to go to! It's super clean inside, as well as the bathrooms and they have beautiful artwork! They also have portable charges, cup holders and everything to make you feel comfortable so you can really really relax. Also, the first time I went there my daughter came with me and she was happy with everything as well. She was in need of a whole charger and one of the techs let them use hers which I thought was very sweet and so not expected but I did appreciate it and so did she! Also, the first day I went in there a woman was sleep so I know she was feeling too good! They have a wide variety of colors, I'm not sure of how intricate they are with being able to do designs though. Now onto my nails, they do pretty good, I think the prices are just about what you will find in other places. The last time before last however I went and I wanted to get a French manicure but the guy said he couldn't do it without the top of my nail showing, but I wasn't using tips so I wasn't sure why that was, also my nail broke that same day but I went back a few days later and they fixed it for nothing! That is why I think this might be my new salon because they took care of me quickly with no issues and everyone in there seems nice, they start up conversation and I don't feel out of place there. There set up is also quite beautiful so I love going in there because of that as well and they have free wifi! One issue that I could see happenings is they have a small parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but I've never had a problem, so it hasn't bothered me. All in all I've had good experiences there, just need to find a solid tech that can take care of me regularly, but overall very happy with their services & hospitality and the prices don't bother me! read more

First time coming here and I got a pedicure and my first ever manicure. The pedicure was pretty good and the lady did a great job, I do wish the towels and hot stones were a bit hotter. They do give you a complimentary wine, just one though, and only if you get a certain package and above. Their chairs were nice and they had MagSafe/wireless chargers built in for your phone which I thought was really neat. There are nice paintings in there and it was very clean. read more

I called ahead to make sure someone knew how to do a good French pedicure with acrylic to help with a square shape. I was told yes and to come in. They sat me immediately and were very welcoming. I did ask about pricing for gel removal, acrylic, gel polish and the French design. She said 110. I feel this is very very steep of a price but I really needed them done so I agreed. I think the pedicure turned out OKAY after having her fix a few things. I've certainly had better pedicures asking for the same thing and actually getting hot rocks, a scrub and all the good massaging which they didn't do for me. I wish I could give this business a zero-star rating. On March 26th, my regular nail technician was unavailable, so I had to use a different one. When I walked in, the owner's wife greeted me and said she would wrap my nails. Okay, fine. It's not a crime to ask someone to wash their hands before starting a service, especially if they've been servicing other customers' hands and feet. The owner has always stared at me when I come in for my appointments, but to be honest, I really like my nail technician. She does a great job on my feet and nails. After my nails were wrapped, the nail technician came over, greeted me, and led me to the pedicure station. She was very friendly. However, when a Caucasian couple came in, the owner(Danny) greeted them with a smile and happiness. They wanted two manicures. The owner then started preparing their pedicure station and asked if they'd like some wine. Now, the owner and his wife didn't greet me in this manner, and I'm a repeat customer. Then, the owner went behind the checkout counter and pulled a bag of Epsom salt, ease aches and pains, to pour into the pedicure bowl for the couple. At the same time, another nail technician and Danny was having a conversation with another Black woman about her service. I addressed this issue with the owner and asked why I wasn't offered the same service and add-ons when I come in. He was upset that I had called him out and told me to be quiet and listen to him. He was rude about the situation. I deserve equal and fair treatment, just like any other customer. I pay for my service and leave a nice tip for it. It's time for Black and Brown people to speak out and stand up for what's right. The owner downplayed this situation and blamed the nail technician, but she did nothing wrong. Not to mention, the owner never informed me about the points system. When he or his wife checks me out, the process is very fast, unlike when they check out customers who don't look like me. I called twice on Wednesday, the 16th, to schedule an appointment with my nail technician. The first time, I was forwarded to voicemail . The second time, the owner answered the phone and said, "Sally might be busy today." I asked about Thursday, and he suggested that she might be busy tomorrow as well. Then, he suggested that I find someone else to do my nails. He didn't have a valid reason for not being able to accommodate me. I am calling out the owner and his wife for not treating me fairly as a customer. The black woman being serviced there was proud of me for speaking up and said, "Good for you! Just like me, she wasn't offered a beverage." It's truly saddening that blacks and browns are still being discriminated against in business we support. I work hard and spend my money just like everyone else. read more

She also did a good job with the leg, foot, and hand messages. While she was able to give me a design, it was not what what I was looking for (a painted flower), and not something she was able to, nor able to apply despite having the nail decals. I came to this spot after reading other positive reviews for this location on yelp. Yelpers did not disappoint on this one (especially when compared to other salon reviews in the area). I'm here for a business trip, and I decided to do a little self love this afternoon. If you're in town visiting or looking for a place to get a mani - this is your spot! The location itself is a little tricky to find, but there is plenty of parking behind the building and on their side lot. I was able to walk in around 4pm without an appointment and a woman took me right back to my seat. The facility itself was clean and new tools were used for my manicure (or at least they came out of a sealed sanitizer pouch). The woman was meticulous in caring for my cuticles and made sure all the skin surrounding my nails was smooth. She did file them more than I would have liked her to, but the technicians are more into uniformity than I am. My only caveat to this spot was that there was no visible prices listed or a menu of options. I felt that the price ($35) was a little steep for a simple gel manicure, compared to what I usually pay in Charlotte, but hopefully the polish will last just as long! read more

My daughter and I went to Elite Nails for gel mani/pedis. The nail technicians were friendly, attentive, did a top-notch job on our nails. However, while the now tools and chairs were clean, I didn't notice some dust and dirt around the shop. in addition, it cost over $200 for the services and my daughter is only 10 years old. So, they do a great job, but they are very expensive and not the cleanest . If I had known that from the beginning, there is no way I would've patronize that place. read more

This is what I got. This took two and half hours to do. I was passed to 4 techs before my nails were done. My first tech was removing my current SNS and proceeded to cut me pretty good. As well as fail to proceed with any caution after I told her twice that one of my nails is sore and has a slight crack in it. She proceeded to not pay attention or care and drill with full force and pulled up the SNS with part of my real nail. I pulled back and looked at my nail at it stared to bleed and took a minute for my self and she goes "does it hurt"??? like Ma'am?!? Excuse me. By the end of the night like I said took me 2.5 hours and $55 dollars for a real not good experience. The only reason they got a 2 star is because they shop is really pretty. read more

She was very friendly but wasn't clear on price when showed her a photo online. She picked the glitter and the black color but I asked about adding grey and she said she would. The nails look great but taking away a star since the grey never happened and price was fair but would have liked to know upfront. They provide great service here. Ann Is always so sweet and friendly. My manicure and pedicure always last a long time. At least 2-3 weeks. They can usually seat you right away. They have a nice color selection to pick from. I only do gel when I am there, but I believe they can do it all. They only reason I gave them a 4 Star is that they need to work on their efficiency. I am usually there for 2 plus hours for a manicure and pedicure. It's not horrible, but I am always on the go, so I need quality work in a timely manner. They have the quality down, they just need to work on efficiency. I will take it over a poor job any day, but I just want to be completely honest. Try them out. You will be pleased. read more
