SCAMMED! Charged for service I didn't get Back in September I decided I wanted to get filler for the first time. I contacted this place that seems to have different locations around the US, including Little Rock. In minutes I received a text, a call, and an email. A few days later I had a "free" video consult. In the consult we determined what services I would want. He asked me for a preferred date, which I gave him. He said there was nothing available on that date, but the local office would call to make the appt. I gave a CC number for the deposit on my treatment. The office never called me, and in the meantime I decided I didn't want to work with them because of that. When I got my CC statement, they had charged me $1700 as if I had gotten the full service, not even just a deposit amount (which they weren't supposed to charge until the appointment was actually made). I sent a message through the original service and got no response at all. I contacted my CC and disputed the charges. Today I received the CC's final determination. The charged the charges back to my card and included the company's "proof" that I owed the money. Invoices for services I never received. I've never even been in the office! read more

All the terrible reviews are spot on. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. They are sleezy salesmen who do everything to get your money and nothing to make sure you have a quality or even basic level experience. They mislead me to think I would have free touch ups, when I was in the office a woman I didn't know and never talked to looked me up and started offering me other services, they FORGED MY NAME on a document signing me up for services I never asked for, I live out of town and they would confirm an appointment and then not honor it when I showed up three different times, and they never told me my treatments EXPIRE so I lost $2,000 or more worth of services. I was mislead by the representative. I told her that I was not near my ideal body weight - she responded that it is okay and I would still achieve results. Upon further independent investigation - coolsculpting is not recommended for anyone with a BMI greater than 30. I currently have a BMI of 34+. Also, I told the rep that I desired coolsculpting as I had a wedding coming up. She had a sense of urgency - talking about timelines to meet my goals before the wedding. After completing the financing and (apparent) contract, I was told that it would be several weeks before I could get in and get the treatments or see the results i desired before the wedding. She then suggested I hop a plane to another location 4 hours away to meet the discussed timeline. Ridiculous! I say "apparent" contract because I was led by the Rep through each step and told which documents to do next. The word contract was never uttered. The whole process does not allow time for anyone to read the lengthy document that showed up in my email after the fact. Also, there was no informed consent. The risk and benefits were never provided. After having the actual time to read the contract - I am now aware that there are several potential adverse effects. I don't understand how any reputable business could get away with not telling a client about complications before locking them into a contract. Also, I would like to point out that the incidence of adverse events like paradoxical adipose hyperplasia is under reported in the documents provided by Ideal Image. How can anyone consent to a medical procedure without risk/benefits explained to them? Very disappointing to now owe $7500 without having the opportunity to speak to any medical provider. I contacted them within two days of "signing" and am unable to get a response to canceling the contract and getting a refund even though no services have been rendered. They got the full financed amount instantly and don't care if i get the treatments, they meet my needs, they cause me injury, or provide the results i am looking for. They are deceptive, coercive, and dishonest and no one should do business with them. read more

If i could leave Zero stars i would. The rep lied to my wife and ignored her current condition to still sign her up for Coolsculpting knowing she is not an ideal candidate. She was looking for results in time for an upcoming Wedding and the rep assured her that it wasnt a problem. After she signed up they had no available appointments to get her treatments and results in time, and we found out that she wouldnt see the results she was desiring based on her weight/BMI. We tried to cancel within 2 days of signing up (with no services rendered) and they are cold and dont want to assist or talk to us. They got the full amount (through financing) and don't care if they perform the treatments, meets her goals, or gives her any results at all. They are deceptive, coercive, and try to pressure you into deals with limited information other than their lies. I recommend doing some research and staying away. read more

If there were an option for 0 stars I'd leave that. Had video consultation and was told to be at my appointment at 4:15. I received a text message the next day stating my appointment was at 3:50 when I called them. They said it was to get approved for treatment. When I made it to the appointment, I walked through the door at 3:54. I was then told that I could get approved but I would have to reschedule because I was late. I was told I had to reschedule another day but when I called customer service she saw an appointment for 5:00 the same day. At this point, I really just didn't want the service anymore so I asked if I could cancel my service agreement. I was told that once you sign the agreement, you could not cancel even though I have not begin receiving treatments. Today was supposed to be my last treatment at Ideal Image; I drove 45 minutes in pouring rain and made it 20 minutes late. I signed a contract with them in October 2020, due to COVID-19 and personnel shortage they cancelled all my appointments for a year, schedule, cancel and reschedule for a year. As the client not many options are given, we are at the mercy of the provider and have to be flexible. I had to almost beg for my contract to be extended in order to complete my treatment, beg for them to provide a service that had already been paid in full. I don't think I should point the obvious but, I wasn't asking for a favor, I was asking they provided the service I paid for that wasn't completed in the time stipulated in the contract due to their personnel shortage. The one time and the LAST time I'm scheduled for a treatment my appointment is cancelled because I'm 5 minutes past their 15-min policy -did I mention it was POURING?- When I purchased this treatment I was hoping for a great experience and as a result I was ready to LITERALLY purchase hair removal treatments for my entire body (except my head, eyebrows and lashes of course), needless to say I will be investing my resources elsewhere. read more

I was initially excited after seeing their advertising everywhere for up to 80% off of laser hair removal treatment packages. I'd always wanted to do it, so I took the leap. I was set up with an initial consult with a treatment coordinator, who turned out to be a fast-talking sales professional. She took me through the options for the areas I wanted treated and duped me into agreeing more than I wanted because (as she explained) more areas = getting the "special deal". It was still quite expensive, but I paid in full and hoped I hadn't made a mistake. My first appointment was scheduled a ways out because of being booked up, but when the time came, it went well. The nurse was very nice and explained the process. It was painful, but tolerable. I was set up for my next treatment, only to have it cancelled/rescheduled due to short staffing. That tended to be the theme over the next year. Sometimes appointments would be cancelled without my knowledge. It made it very hard to actually get the treatments done within the contract time limits. I got decent results, but in the end, I wish I had gone somewhere less expensive and more reliable. read more

They have rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled me numerous times. *Locked me in a contract for X months and did not tell me how once you're in the contract (and put down a large down pymt might I add) they will and can just keep rescheduling your appointments. I am always getting cancelled or I show up for an appointment after taking off work and driving over an hour just to be told they don't have me down. They refuse to give me any money back but I can't ever get in for treatments. One person tells me one thing and someone else tells me something opposite. I also bought the membership and chose my free treatment, they cancelled me and I couldn't get rescheduled because issues on their end and then they tell me that my free treatment is expired. Never was I told that it expires after 90 days. After speaking with someone about unhappy I am they offer a credit, which was never applied to my account. I had a consultation a week ago and the virtual consult was not optimal but I understand. They charged me $900 for a service that I was getting that minute and said someone would get back with me to schedule the visit in 1-2 days. It has been a week and the charge has been cleared in my credit card but no one has contacted me and I have called the local office as well as the 800 number and left messages with no return calls. I had an online consultation in early March and was scheduled for a procedure about 6 weeks later on April 19th. I was called the day before by the office to reschedule that appointment. I was given the date of June 21st. So far I am 3 months from my original consultation appointment which seems excessive, but since I had made 3 payments what could I do? On June 21st I show up and as told my appointment was canceled for non-confirmation. I could show the email where I confirmed, so the reason was changed to cancellation because "my" provider had quit. I do not have a provider, since I had never been seen. I am pretty patient and have been in the service industry, but that was enough for me. They wanted to give me another appointment for the end of July. At this point, I feel that lack of staff and non-professional communication gives me zero confidence that I want anyone there to touch me. I have spoken to one person in the office and was told I could cancel since I had never been seen. I was supposed to receive a call from the main office last week, but guess what? No call, no surprise. So I called again and at this point have been on hold for almost 20 minutes. I honestly have read through these reviews and am happy that so many women seem to love this place. I wish I could say I did. I really need to resolve this by canceling and receiving a refund. Edit* I still have not spoken to anyone who can help me. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere for laser hair removal. I never write reviews but if this saves someone else from hassle than I did my job. I've had 2 appointments with them and my 3rd one has been rescheduled twice already- being pushed back several months each time. I'm a very patient person so I was trying to be understanding. However, every time you call the Little Rock office, it routes you to their nation wide scheduling person. This person is always nice to me but nothing gets resolved. She sends an email to the LR location but no one contacts me. My very first appointment the nurse told me that one of my areas isn't working because the hair was too light (although during my consultation they said it would). She told me that she will talk to her boss and either I can use the money already paid for a different area or service. I was assured someone would be contacting me within the week. This was in May and I'm still waiting to hear something back from them. The nurses are always nice and respectful but if you want to get ahold of them outside of your appointment, it's not going to happen. Terrible customer service when it comes to that part. Although, I'm still trying to get in contact with someone about my previous issue above, I have another concern to address BUT I can't get ahold of anyone. Again, I recommend you to look at other options in the area unless you enjoy the headaches and phone calls that get you nowhere. read more

Just like all the other complaints I have read, I was swindled into signing a contract for a Credit line for treatments, now MONTHS later, I am constantly being rescheduled, canceled on, the machine broke, the provider is not here today, it's too soon to get another treatment (should be able to go every 90 days but even though it's been 120, they still told me I couldn't come), etc. They do not answer the phone (there is no local number at all, you are always rerouted to a call center), and when you speak with the customer service dept. they are absolutely no help at all. It's one excuse after another and no treatments. All the while that monthly auto-drafted payment is coming out of my account and I am left with NOTHING to show for it. Also, I am pretty certain that my last provider filled my wrinkles with pure saline and kept the Botox for herself. Judging by the way that she couldn't frown or blink without ripping her eyebrows off her face, I'd say she does that a lot. I was shopping around for a medical spa (first time user) and Ideal Imagine was offering a year long membership for a fee. The membership would give me a discounted rate on products and services offered, plus I was able to choose from one of three facials as a "free gift" with my membership. I signed up in December of 2020, had my consultation and started with Botox. I was able to purchase the "discounted" Botox two times and have the "complimentary" facial. I was scheduled for my third Botox touch up in August, but was called in June and told the provider left and they couldn't see any clients, but they would contact me as soon as they could schedule me an appointment. It's now October, almost November and I finally receive a call today. Of course I have already found another medical spa, I have been waiting 6 months. In that time I have gone to the local Ideal Image twice and called twice, both times the door was locked and the calls were routed to an out of state call center where I was able to leave a message, that was it. So today I tell them that it's taken too long, I've found another spa and I would like the membership fee I paid returned at a prorated rate for the months I was unable (no fault of mine) to use said membership. The answer was no, they were willing to extend the membership for the months I was unable to use it, but why would I do that? The medical spa I use now such a different experience; I get to see an actual doctor and an actual aesthetician, two things that never happened at Ideal Image. Nursing assistances are who do the consultations at Ideal Image, they have extremely limited medical knowledge and were unable to answer any questions for me without calling the provider in charge of the clinic and then getting back to me. This medical spa is part of a corporation, it is not ran/owned by a local provider. If you have an issue you have to deal with customer service from a call center in another state. I absolutely love my new doctor and spa. DON'T let Ideal Image con you into using their office. Go to a local business and see an actual doctor. read more

I've never received worse service from a business! I paid for laser hair removal treatment in September 2020. I still have not had the treatment completed after over two years. They have repeatedly cancelled my appointments and tried to blame me for the cancellations. They have also double booked clients at the same time as me which caused me to have to leave the appointment because I was going to have to wait over an hour before I could be seen. Mind you, this was after they called me to live my appointment time up. Yet, they're so unorganized and have so much overturn with employees they can't keep anything organized. Over the past two years I should have had roughly 15-18 total treatments and I've had 4. I've tried multiple times to speak with someone who is actually in charge of something and no one ever returns the calls or messages. They basically steal money from clients. When I called to reschedule, they said I didn't have a choice and the next appointment was in May. I decided to be patient and wait to see how the first appointment went. I got a call at 2PM the day before my appointment to cancel because the physician had not approved me for treatment. I verified that it was not a mistake on my end and wanted to know why after waiting over a month my 2nd attempt at a first appointment was cancelled. There was no clear answer. No management has been helpful. As a customer, I have not felt important or valued (I signed up for a $2,700 service) and will be sure to warn anyone of this terrible business. read more

i have never actually used their services, but i did pay for them. having had to reschedule my appointment 3 times i decided i'll go somewhere else. but i had already paid them $2,250.00 for the laser hair removal. this is a LOT of money to me. they would not give me a refund unless they weren't able to see me within 8 weeks of my original purchase, which wasn't a problem since they could not see me until September at that point but called back to make it August. at this point i am over 8 weeks and i have signed some paper stating i can qualify for a refund. i'm in the process to get my refund, but trying to talk to someone and get some kind of timeline for that refund has been a nightmare. i have honestly never dealt with such lack of consideration and service to customers before. the people are nice, but for whatever reason can't actually help me. Ideal Image apparently is doing this A LOT, there are stories on the BBB website with the same issues i am having. When you leave a voice mail in Little Rock, they never return the call, and they also never pick up the phone. it is so degrading and belittling that they don't care to address these issues. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! why please someone tell me why it is taking so long to get an answer and why do appointments get scheduled when you know there's not enough staff to handle the service. the sales team sells you stuff and you can schedule an appointment, but there is not staff to preform whatever procedure you purchased!! this is morally wrong. Tuesday, November 2 I called in response to an email advertisement to book a medical spa service with Ideal Image. Booked an online Skype phone call with a consultant who was not a medical professional for Ultherapy laser services for skin tightening. She said she could see where I could definitely benefit from the services And that she could treat the sagging skin with the services. When I try to book an appointment for an in person visit she said they cannot book any appointments without full payment upfront. I paid in full over the phone using my debit card. She then attempted to book the appointment but was unable to do so and promised someone from Ideal Image would call me back the next day to book the appointment as soon as possible. Ashley called me today November 10th at 3:38 pm and explain they do not issue refunds without a medical excuse as to why I cannot receive the services however they are unable to book me at this time as they have no openings. She also stated they would not refund my money unless it had been over 60 days and I have still not been able to get my treatment. However she looked at the schedule and there are no openings before 60 days and she was unable to see any appointments after 60 days. I repeatedly asked for my money back, I repeatedly told her the initial consult never said anything about not being able to receive treatment even this year and if I would've known they were going to be unable to book a treatment in any reasonable timeframe I would've never paid them money. After researching business complaints on Ideal Image I found that there are multiple complaints from all over the United States with the same issue. I had my chin ( currently done with my chin) and currently doing my lip . The hair comes back thinner on my chin. I spent over $1,000 for this. I have to always shave my chin now. I signed up for there credit card to pay it off gradually and once I was done paying that off they stop reminding me of my appointments. I had upper lip and chin hair removal at 50% off, which was $1,500.00. After 9 treatments, I still have hair and was told it's $55 to come in for another treatment. Well, after paying that much, and then asked to pay more, I think I'll just live with the hair. The hairs are thinner than they were, but still there. :( There are cheaper places - I learned the hard way. I originally wanted a laser hair treatment. They called 4-5x a day after I just inquired information. after considering a while I decided to see what they had to offer. First of all they connect you to a lady who tries to basically see what all she can get out of you financially . if you don't have enough no worries she will try to get you to take out multiple LOANS ... . Then if it's not enough she will lower a few hundred dollars and. take a down payment. After that you can almost hang everything up because she'll tell you that some one will reach out to set up your appointment BUT THEY WONT. It will take you calling a few times inquiring (they say the same thing, scheduling will call you) . It's not until you want to CANCEL and ask for a REFUND THAT THEY'RE READY TO SCHEDULE. NO THANKS. then proceed to try and sway you into keeping the control. when you decline they say you have to wait until a 90 day period??????? After that I call and the lady confirms my card for the refund is correct.... 2 WEEKS+ LATER --NOTHING. I call and the agent assigned to my case id is too busy to receive calls . Did I mention MY CALLS WERE BEING SCREENED. I was calling and it would only give me option to call back saying they were busy. I use my friends phone to call and the lady answers ......
