When they have to get a client, they would call you and bombard you with their text messages. They asked me to sign a contract without telling me the conditions and sending me a copy of the contract. Also, they set me up on a payment plan and took the first payment from my credit card. they also told me if I wanted to cancel my services, I could call them back and services would be canceled and they would issue me a refund. And I am supposed to do that before I receive the first service. After reading horrible online reviews I decided to cancel the services. I requested a refund and now nobody is providing any information and sending even a confirmation email or text message. This looks very shady. If I get my refund and everything goes well, I will come and give another review, but Ideal Image is very shady and I would like everyone to run away from them. Totally unprofessional and condescending receptionist! Left home EARLY for an appointment this morning but thanks to horrible Nashville traffic GPS said we would arrive 15 minutes late. My daughter called ahead to let them know and confirm that she can still keep her appointment. Dead air. The receptionist said nothing until my daughter (politely) asked if it was going to be a problem which prompted her to respond that it was ok but she sounded very odd. Once we arrived, my daughter was denied her appointment, which is fine, she was happy to reschedule, however the receptionist had the gaul to mock my daughter by IMPERSONATING her to her co-workers! The laser hair removal they use gave me more hair than before. They do not tell you about vellus hairs and the laser making your thin, light hair into thick dark hair. This company is also scamming people out of their money. I signed up for a 16 month agreement. They promised me 9 treatments and then don't have enough availabilities to honor their contract. If you ask for your money back, they claim that half of those treatments were offered for "free" in the contract, and then don't refund you. They have you pay upfront via a 0% financed loan and then do not give you your money back if they aren't able to fit you into their schedule or if the laser makes your hair worse. 100% worth it. I literally haven't shaven in months. When I had my consultation, since I'm blonde, I was told that laser hair removal would probably reduce the hair about 60%. They were wrong - 100%. Guess what i never got a called i waited for over a week and I called again I spoke with someone different this person told me they don't do refunds I asked to spoke with a manager because nobody said the money was not refundable, she said the contract said so well the copy of the packages I purchased do not state that no any of the documentation that came with it. She gave me a number to called which I did and it was the number for a financial lending services they used which I thought it was weird because I did not use their payment plan. When I spoke with someone from that company they said that my case was submitted and it was under reviewed but the lady y say the status of the claim and when would this be resolved, when i ask for a claim or case number, she couldn't give me one either which I thought it was weird too. Weeks goes by an I have a terrible lost in my family that requires for me to leave the country, I called to check the status and to cancel my upcoming appointment explaining what happen again they say they would cancel the appointment and submitted a full refund. This time i also call my bank and submitted a claim. Guess what a day before the appointment I get an email about confirming that I was coming and click no since I called to cancel. Weeks go by they tell my bank that the money is non-refundable that the contract states that but none of the documentationI provide my bank said so for some reason my bank believes them. I still have no hear from them about getting my money back but I did get a call before thanksgiving but the girl that call want it to tell me about their wonderful packages and promotions they had. I straight told her I was no interested and that I was still waiting for them to give me an update on my refund, she was shock and said oh let me submit a claim. Well it is 2022 and I still have not hear from them at some point I was embarrassed to say I felt for SCAM but not anymore. Went in to get fine lines above lip smoothed so i don't look like my mamaw and a little filler in my lips The staff was so polite and professional! BEWARE OF IDEAL IMAGE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We discuss the treatment area during the consultation. The first two visits were fantastic, but the third was a flop. When I indicated that this was not the treatment area I received during my first two visits, the nurse was rude and irritated. I requested another consultation to explain the chin area. According to the spokesperson, it is the entire area under the chin. When I contacted the White Bridge Rd location, she attempted to describe the area. I replied I'd stop by in person to look over the area you're attempting to explain. They appeared startled by my information and indicated that the call center and storefront descriptions are not the same. The front desk receptionist asked the assistant manager to come over to discuss the situation further. She claimed that for more money, they can repackage a plan and try to move the remaining balance to a new plan that will not address my problem area. On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 2:37 p.m., an Executive Client Care rep called to suggest I could pay the contract in full, use a payment plan through Ally Financial, receive a $489.00 refund, use the remaining contract through May 2024, or apply the $489.00 towards another service. I've only had three treatments, each of which cost $411.00 and contained a lifetime guarantee, which you'll still have to pay for if you need maintenance therapy. I asked the representative when he was going to address my complaint and the false information given to the client. He stated that he had provided me with three solutions before switching to the four possibilities described above but refused to address the information about the chin area. I requested to review the consultation recording, but he refused to discuss it. I asked to speak with someone higher up and to document my issue so that they would be aware of it before calling me. I am a long time "waxer" and don't mind the visits but have a hard time going on a timely basis and sometimes am forced to shave because I can't get in to see my esthetician. The thought of not having to worry about unwanted hair again made the case and I decided to visit the business I have heard so much about. The appointment was easily set up around my busy schedule and Ideal Image reached out using email and text to confirm I had all I needed before the appointment. The location is brand spanking new, clean and comfortable. I did LOVE the fact that they had the newest edition of "Latina" at the top of the magazine stack. Carefully calculated? Who cares? Courtney, my consultant showed me a treatment room and explained the hair follicle cycle interspersing personal conversation. She was quite good at this and it showed. I asked and she freely shared that she had worked for Ideal Image before in another state and had moved to Nashville and changed careers but as soon as she heard that II was moving to Nashville, she called, checked in and they gladly took her back. She loves telling people about her personal treatments and is very down to earth. Courtney explained that since the treatment actually closes the hair follicle from the root up, it takes 9 sessions, one every couple of months, to make sure each follicle is treated while in growth mode. Also since it closes forever the area become super smooth like the inside of your forearm, leaving no trace of the hair that was there. They are currently running an awesome deal that I would love to partake in, we shall see if the budget allows, but if it doesn't I will certainly be back as soon as it does! I have been a member of this spa for almost 2 years. The quality of the work is excellent and the providers are good as well. However you have to pay for appointments in advance and they consistently seem to get moved or canceled. Most of the time you can eventually get your service but definitely not at your convenience. This time my scheduled appointment was for Tuesday. I had a 5-Hour appointment scheduled, received five different reminders to confirm my appointment which I did. Received a call on Sunday that the provider would be going to a training on Tuesday and could not complete my appointment. People don't schedule trainings on Sunday for the following Tuesday. I have spoke with two home office employees, and one from the local office on White bridge Road. Each call ended with ; we will call you back we are going to take care of this. I am still waiting for their call back and they have still over $2,000 of my money. When you want to schedule an appointment it is no problem getting a call back. read more

Had such a positive experience calling this business that I just wanted to share it - I called to ask about half-leg laser hair removal, and they said I would have a quick call with a consultant to get more information. They transferred me to a consultant who emailed me a zoom link, and we had a virtual consultation. I know that's likely because of the pandemic (which is a great safety measure), but wow - to think that the minute I call to get information I can get the equivalent of an appointment - no driving there, no waiting room, etc. - is pretty amazing. I explained my hair color and number of previous sessions elsewhere and she was very honest in saying, both because my hair color is lighter and because this company does package deals, that I may not be a good candidate. But, that I'd be welcome to go in and have an in-person specialist take a look, which would be helpful for me regardless of if I moved forward with them or not. Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly. my experiences there, however, were not. i was there to do laser on my arms and armpits. in my consultation they said my arms were treatable. 3 treatments in, i see no change, turns out my arms were NOT treatable. they still charged me for arms even when they knew i wouldnt be treated for them anymore and i had to go out of my way to get that money back. towards my last treatment for armpits i ask to see a before and after since they took a photo before i started the sessions.. they did not save my before picture, and after about 8/9 treatments i am not satisfied with the results, and i have nothing to compare it to. I have been dealing with ideal image in Nashville for almost a year now. I REALLY SUGGEST SAVING YOUR MONEY & FINDING A LOCAL SPA! Even though I'm a member I found a new lady for my botox and lip fillers. I'm trying to finish the IPL/BBL facials I already paid for. I've had to many problems with this place to even mention all of them. For starters, their consultants obviously work off commission. The first consultant I dealt with told me they could put fillers around my mouth to fill in my laugh lines. She told me I needed two syringes of fillers, one for my lips and one for my laugh lines, she charged me for three. THEY WONT DO LAUGH LINES! The second consultant I dealt with put a contract for $2000 on my account. With their app you can't do ANYTHING if you have a contract that isn't paid off. First she put the same contract on my account twice. (This contract i signed and received a loan for five sessions of the IPL facials) The first showed it was paid, the second showed I had an outstanding balance. It took some time but I finally got them to take the duplicate off my account. When I wanted to have botox she put another contract on my account even after I told her I couldn't do another loan and I just wanted to pay for botox. She emailed the contract for me to sign, I never signed it! I emailed and called her for two months. I talked to people at the call center no one would take it off my account so I couldn't book or reschedule any appointments through the app because it looked like I had an outstanding balance of $2000. I did make payments on the app. I knew i wouldn't need more than $500 in botox. I called a week before a botox appointment to ask if the contract would affect my appointment, they said it would not. The day of my appointment I got to the office early. I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours. When they finally took me back the nurse/doctor said they would have to have the contract paid off, $1500, for me to have my botox. Also I couldn't use the $500 I paid upfront, they would still want the rest of the contract paid. AGAIN I NEVER AGREED TO OR SIGNED THE CONTRACT, yet they were trying to hold me to it! After I wasted all that time the office manager finally contacted me and took the contract off my account and put the $500 towards my next botox. As far as the facials, some of the girls there don't know what they are doing, and have burnt and scared my face. I've had a total of 5 IPL facials, the last two I've had they turned the machine up to high. I ended up with blisters and after my face peels I have lines down my cheeks from scares. The last one I had I asked the woman to turn the machine down. She said she would turn down one set but wanted to go up with a different setting. I ended up with blisters again. All of this is not to mention, they will call the day of an appointment and cancel even though you have confirmed. Plus, one of the syringe of lip fillers i paid for i never actually received. I close my eyes while having any treatment done. The last appointment I had for lip fillers i realized while walking out of the room it was over half full. It was laying on the counter. The woman only put a little bit in my lips. Their lip fillers, with a membership, is $550. So there went even more money they cheated me out of. They make you pay upfront, and even if you buy a bunch of sessions of a treatment, if it's not done within 12 months your money "expires" and they don't give refunds. It's impossible to get ahold of any consultants unless you are wanting to buy a treatment. This place only cares about the money and will cheat you out of money every chance they get. My husband wants me to just call it a lose and not finish my facials because he says they have ruined my skin and my face is scared! Over the past year there have been so many problems with this place. This is just a few of my issues I've dealt with. I have two more facials and then I will never give this place another dime! I wish there was a way to have them shut down or everyone come together and sue because I'm not the only one who they have destroyed skin or cheated out of money! read more

I'm never going back to this place again. I don't even know where to start, but yesterday they didn't even ask me if I wanted to reschedule, they just took my money and didn't even say have a good day. People there seem to be very dry, and cold like they can't even crack a smile. Or when they see you they can't even say how are you doing today!!! Very unprofessional, behavior when you are in a business doesn't matter what it is, you can't just look the customer in the eye and just say you ready? And that's all.
