Love it! Two different friends of mine are already using! This is my fourth different time using a prepared meal company. I have tried two others from Florida and one national company. Those were ok. Good at first but then the same tired crap. This place is awesome. 1. You can deliver or go into a storefront 2. Food is fresh and soooo many options I work in Rosemary Square so I walk over to pick the ones I want. Which is fantastic because you can buy just 1 or all of them! Because they are fully precooked all you are doing is reheating them like you would gourmet left overs from that fancy restaurant (you know the one on the island) and that explains the quality of the food. I cannot tell you which is my favorite because i have loved each one equally so far. The portions do look small and the food tastes so good you lick the sides to get every last bit. But when you wait 5 minutes you realize how full you are. I do two meals a day. Lunch and dinner because breakfast is a quick grab and go at home (mostly kodiak waffles). I eat all the different styles traditional, paleo, keto and i love the vegan ones too. I need a lot of protein for cycling so I have to keep those to a minimum. Enjoy!!!! read more

I cancelled my subscription due to the lack of seafood and fish items. The company caters to meat eaters. The vegan items aren't tasty. For example, the thick eggplant slice meal is not seasoned or cooked well. I would rate this meal prep service 4.5 stars!! It's the best meal service I've ever done (my history includes about 5 other services). This company has SEVERAL options, most of them change weekly. They offer a "traditional meals" selection, which are slightly higher in carbs and calories. They also offer healthier meal options (vegan, keto, etc), that are low in carbs and calories. The healthy meals are VERY tasty, and always fresh; we get about 8-10 a week and love them. The food is ACTUALLY good (usually these companies have food that tastes like cardboard). The meals are easy; they only require getting heated in the microwave 1-2 minutes. Most meals include a sauce (my favorite part about them). A healthcare (and military) discount is offered; but even without one, each one is only $7.77. Meals come out every Sunday and it's super easy to pop into the store (several other locations in addition to WPB) and grab a bunch (if that's not an option, they have delivery). They have microwaves and tables in the store as well, if you ever want to stop by and have lunch/dinner. Customer service is always friendly. My one complaint would be quality control needs to be improved. A certain meal one week will have 10 green beans, and the SAME meal the next week will have 30. Also, the steak is sometimes VERY fatty (and other times it's tender and all actual meat). It's a bummer when the meal you get is 50% fat. I wanted to update my review because since our first experience trying out Ideal Nutrition about 4~ months ago, we have gone back to multiple locations (I.e Wellington) and have done the one-time delivery multiple times. And I have to say - wow. I did not expect to love Ideal Nutrition and get them as often as I have been. It's really made part of my life so much more convenient and guilt-free to eat tasty but delicious food. My favorites so far have been the Lean Beef Raviolis and the Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap. Those both are 10/10, absolutely beyond delicious. If you haven't tried those, do yourself a favor and get them as soon as possible. Ideal Nutrition does a good job keeping the menu fresh with different items. What I really love though is that 1) i can pick up only a few in their retail locations or 2) order delivery on an as-needed basis. I am so sick of subscriptions, I love the flexibility that this provides. So far I've mostly been doing 1 week of the ordering delivery, taking a week break, and then doing another week of ordering delivery. And so far this has worked out perfectly. And the $8.50 price per meal? Come on. That's a really good deal. I've seen other services charging over $12 each and I would not even consider trying those places at that price. Ended up on the phone for almost 45 min before they said they will have someone contact me, That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. So I've been eating this food for two weeks now. They have a nice variety of Keto, Paleo, Traditional and vegetarian. I have a few favorites, which I am lucky seems to be a weekly menu items. The Eggplant Parm is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is delicious. The only issue I have the the eggplant parm is that there is not enough sauce for the rice noodles. They have a cauliflower Shawarma which is another fave of mine, as well as a lentil meal and a grilled chicken and sweet potato and broccoli. There has not been any meals that I would not recommend. LOVE idea nutrition. Their meals are always fresh and delish! On weeks where I'm swamped with cake orders this place helps with lunch and dinner for both me and my husband. Our favorite meals and must tries are the Keto butter steak, pork and congri, any of the fish meals, and pasta meals. The portions are great and filling. These meals not only help you keep a healthy diet but also provide an easy way of living when you don't want to cook. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Their BOGO deals are also a win! After trying this type of service, we think Ideal nutrition may good choice for us, HOWEVER, the fact that with a subscription to simply "downgrade" to one "less" meal which still is not below the subscription minimum, I have to call or email simply to make that adjustment, as a customer experience I find incredibly laborious and a poor execution of service which at large should save time. How does this serve your customers? Clearly this is a minor roadblock for your subscription customers to decrease a weekly sale by "X" percent. In addition, it was clear that the customer service person I spoke to was frustrated, and frankly not very friendly, even raising their voice to me, which I did not do, or curteous in her explanation. Please explain to me how as a customer I should continue to use this service, and what level of customer service I can hope to receive moving forward. read more

I received a $200 gift certificate for my birthday ink February of 2025. I have been ordering on line with no problems. Today I decided to drive from my home in Boca Raton you Ideal Nutrition at 329 E Palmeto. I picked out different meals and went to pay. I was told the gift card would not be accepted as it is only good on line. It was from their company and they would not take it. Talk about stupid. I will not be recomending this company or buy another gift certificate. I was told the store had no manager. With competion being what it is whey would any company have a policy like that. Soooo, I'm never cooking again. I've always wanted my own personal chef and with ideal nutrition, I can pretend that I have my very own chef cooking up my daily meals. This service is amazing. They have such great healthy meals that are $7 a piece. Every meal is 7 bucks, that's it. They don't charge extra for beef or chicken etc. they have a wide variety of options from Keto to Vegan, Fish, they even have breakfast options. If you're not trying to go outside, they will even deliver your meals when you sign up for the subscription. I can't get enough of this place. The food showed up as promised in an insulated bag to ensure freshness. Delivered by a friendly young man. All meals were packaged neatly and everything that I ordered was present. I had my mouth fixed for the skirt steak so that is what I tried first. As soon as I took my first bite, it was a wrap. It was well seasoned, perfectly prepared and with all that it came with I was satisfied. I quickly became a regular, ordering enough for my lunches and dinners. Combined with exercise, water and their breakfasts occasionally I dropped 45 lbs in 3 months. Four of my friends soon followed. I was introduced to Ideal Nutrition to a friend of mine for healthy eating and portion control. I make a weekly trip up there on Sunday's to pick up my food for the week. Their food is good, huge selection and each meal is only $7, which is pretty darn cheap...don't think you can eat fast food anymore for only $7. The only complaint I have is that there are not more vegan options, they do a lot of chicken, so someone that doesn't eat red meat will be very happy but I would love to see more meatless options. The meatless options they do have are very good and satisfying but I'd like to not eat the same thing daily. I live in Boca so it's a bit of a drive but they are finally opening a location on Palmetto in East Boca, so they will be a lot closer soon. I was a little worried about having meals that were 500 calories less but both my husband and I have enjoyed our meals. Everything we had is very well seasoned and tastes great. None of the meals we had left us feeling unsatisfied. The purchasing process was quite easy as we literally walked in, reviewed this weeks menu and went to the fridge to grab our selections. We went Monday morning right after they opened and there were good number of people getting their meals. Love these! Just wish there was a store closer to me. (Over an hour away) They do deliver and that is what I've been having them do. It typically works out ok. I worry about the food sitting outside since I work at the hospital 25min away and it's delivered in the afternoon several hours before I get home. The last time I was not happy at all because they delivered it in the morning before 11a and I had no way to get to it sooner. I had a busy day at the hospital with an emergency add on which caused me not to get home til 9pm. It still would have been quite awhile with the afternoon delivery but because they came super early that day for some reason my food wasn't even cold and the ice bags were completely melted and no longer cold either. I was scared to eat it since I had fish and chicken items. I'm hoping to figure something out because it is good, quick, easy Nutrition for me whether I use them for lunch at the hospital or dinner after a long day. 3min and I have a great meal with low sodium to boot (unlike other quick meals I've tried)! read more

Really disappointed with this service. With a newborn at home, I was really excited to get healthy already made meals on a daily basis and so I signed up and became a member with them. Let me say that this lasted 2 weeks until I canceled my subscription. They kept dropping the ball on every level from ordering to delivery over and over ... They offered to give me 2 free meals to compensate the ordeal, well guess what?! They messed up that too and never delivered anything to me. I ordered 12 individual meals for $95 (and that includes shipping and tax's) shipping was 5.00 but if you plan to be a member you get free shipping! I don't need 12 meals a week, so I decided to pay for separate meals. I just had my first meal, it was their blackened grilled chicken carbonara..and it was delicious!! The chicken tasted very fresh and the sauce for the pasta was very flavorful. Wasn't made with so much grease.. which was great! Tasted like it came out of a restaurant! For only $7! The serving sizes are perfect for me and my family. I'm very satisfied with my meals that I ordered, they all look very good and smells great. The customer service is very responsive after I placed my order online and needed to add a few extra meals to my plan. So based on Hannah's comment they apologized? Not really, it was basically a "sorry...not sorry". By saying that they sent out an email to existing customers and that there was a "pop-up" they are basically saying that I am not telling the truth so I am including a pic of their emails to me - I was CLEARLY on the subscription list, but there is no email from them announcing ANY CHANGE IN PRICE since I joined. Maybe my iPad doesn't process pop-ups, I have no idea. PS I would like to add that there has been NO ATTEMPT at any resolution to this. What I requested when I contacted them after the price increase was only to be allowed TWO additional meals at the previous plan price of $7 which is a GRAND TOTAL of $1.40 Per week. which I thought was reasonable, not asking a lot, since they consider a 10% increase as reasonable. Instead they would rather do NOTHING...I would also like to point out that as I stated in my previous comment, this is NOT about raising prices.
