We've been to Strathmore several times whether it is to dine in, pick up pastries for special occasions or to grab bagels for a quick bite. Initially we were going to dine in but we got a late start so it was busy soup decided to grab bagels. Ok I know we are in south Florida so it's hard to find bagels like ny and nj but these bagels were super thin and literally fell apart when I tried to toast them. Definitely not up to the usual quality we have come to expect from Strathmore.

Veggie omelette egg whites and Philly cheese steak omelette. Huge portions. Good service. Food came hot and in big quantities. Served bagel and toast first which is classic deli breakfast style which I love. We'll be back. Wait was 15 m on a Sunday at 12 so they were busy but line loved quick.

Decided to revisit Strathmore bagels and was very pleasantly surprised. I haven't been here in a while and this morning we decided to go for breakfast and see what was going on. We were seated at a nice large booth and served by a wonderful waitress named Gloria. Breakfast was spot on. Very tasty. Some scrambled eggs, bacon, a bagel and oatmeal. All in all enjoyable experience.

I was hosting a luncheon after my father's funeral, and he always loved going to Strathmore. I went online to view the catering menu and determined my budget based on the prices. When I called to place the order, I was told that the prices had gone up, yet they hadn't changed their website. I asked to have someone call me regarding this issue before paying for the order. Paula called and claimed that her costs had gone up, which I respect, but change the website for those that are not local. In the end, we were able to come to an agreement, and I placed the order. The platters were beautiful, and the meats were delicious. I had asked for specific types of bagels, and they threw in all kinds, which some went to waste. Oddly, the salads tasted like they used miracle whip or added some sweetener to them. The coleslaw was somewhat dry, and the potato salad was odd. It had carrots in it and again tasted too sweet. Several of my guests commented about that. I don't know that I would order from them again, as I looked today (3 weeks later) and their catering prices still reflect the old pricing. That is not a professional way to do business. There are many other great delis in the area. Buyer beware!

Strathmore Bagels in Wellington is known for its fresh, New York-style bagels, and your order gives a good taste of their offerings. The Asiago cheese bagel with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese likely had a great balance of savory flavors, with the cheesy crust adding extra richness. The eggs were likely fluffy, while the bacon added a nice crunch. The plain bagels with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese offered a simpler, classic breakfast option, allowing the fresh bagel texture to shine. I did end up ordering a hot black tea. It was amazing! Overall, if the bagels were fresh and the eggs well-cooked, it sounds like a satisfying meal.

I was greeted and seated immediately by the hostess. She was very friendly, which is always refreshing. I ordered a simple breakfast of eggs, home fries, and a toasted scooped onion bagel. I was able to upgrade to veggie cream cheese for a small upcharge. The bagel and veggie cream cheese was very good. They gave me a tremendous amount of it, too. I would have gladly brought it home, but unfortunately, I wasn't going home for several hours, so I had to leave it behind. My eggs were perfectly cooked, and the potatoes were a little bit greasy, but still good. What wasn't good was finding a hair mixed in with the potatoes and biting into a tiny piece of egg shell. The breakfast came with a mini muffin, which I didn't try, although it did look good. I didn't mention anything to my server because I had an appointment I needed to get to, and I didn't have time to send it back. I am confident that if I mentioned my little issues, they would have gladly made me a new breakfast. It was my choice not to say anything. My server was pleasant and efficient. One thing that did bother me more than anything is that my silverware was dirty. The fork actually had food stuck to it. I showed it to the server, and she quickly brought me out a replacement. It wasn't my servers fault as the silverware was rolled up in a napkin. Three stars because I was given dirty silverware, bit into an egg shell, and found a hair in my potatoes. The food has always been good here, so I will definitely return at some point.

Great breakfast spot for a hungry appetite.

Delicious breakfast today. Lots of food! Got there around 8:30 am on a Tuesday with plenty of seating and by the time we left it was filled. I had 2 eggs and bacon and it came with 4 slices of bacon, a bagel and oatmeal. Oatmeal was delicious! My husbands Western Omlette was huge! Falling off the plate! We will be back!

I went in for lunch yesterday after lots of drive bys wondering what the place is all about. It's located in the Walmart plaza off of Lake Worth and 441 and it was somewhat busy while I was there. I ordered from the counter and there is a restaurant on the other side if you want to eat in. I got the overstuffed turkey sandwich with a banana nut muffin. I thought $16 was a little high for the cost of the sandwich. It was hard not to compare that it would have been a lot more food elsewhere for the same price. However, the sandwich and muffin was good, so no complaints about that. I would go back and try different items. Maybe a bagel next time since it is a bagel shop...lol. The quick service was nice and the place is clean. There was customers coming and going the entire time I was there and it hit the spot for a sandwich fix.

Love a breakfast spot that greets you with & leaves you with a fresh pot of coffee on your table. Coffee is the weaker freshly made by the potful, not the Starbucks strength brew most have turned to. Personally I was happy about the coffee. The Bialy were perfect i every way. Fresh, toasted crunch on the outside with fluffiness on the inside and I topped it with the freshly whipped butter it came with. Divine. :) My mushroom and cheddar omelet arrived and I was shocked by its sheer size! With the bialy and potato pancake, as you can see, I barely touched the omelet even though it was delicious. The potato pancake was premade (as you'd expect) and reheated, but I enjoyed it very much. My father had scrambled eggs and grits with a side of sausage. The adorable waitress advised him that the links were better than the patties and they were of nice quality and taste. This was a very nice experience. Really enjoyed the staff who served and helped us.

I specifically ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and carefully selected "no lettuce, tomatoes, or onion" on the app. They still added all the unwanted toppings. When I called to speak with a manager about the mistake, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She constantly interrupted me, refused to let me finish a sentence, and then hung up on me. I called back immediately, and the man who answered refused to give me the manager's name before hanging up on me as well. This is not acceptable. You should not have to pay good money for incorrect orders followed by rude, dismissive treatment from management. I contacted DoorDash and received a full refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this place has terrible quality control and even worse customer service. Bottom line: Avoid this restaurant entirely. There are far better options out there that actually care about getting your order right and treating customers with basic respect. Do not waste your time or money here whoever the manager is on duty today April 11, 2026 at 9:20am im sure the owners will know who she was. They refused to tell me her name. wonder why?

Both were very full of good quality ingredients and were well cooked. I got the meat lovers and my daughter had the hangover omelets. The bread (challah) was very good, according to my daughter. My daughter also got some Ruggelach for a little sweet treat and she enjoyed them very much. She got the chef's choice of six and liked them all. She said they appeared to be house made and were delicious. We also got a pound of chicken salad and a pound of egg salad (I'll explain more in a bit). Both were very good. Now for the bad/good...the service. We went here because I was sent a birthday coupon. Their online ordering system would not allow me to use it. I ended up placing the order by mistake, while I was attempting to figure out the issue. So, I figured I would go out, get the food, and talk to them about the issue. The lady at the front counter was delightful. Her name was Heidi and she was super helpful and tried her best to figure it out. She also got her manager involved. The manager seemed less concerned about the issue and trying to solve it, and even though we were there for another 15-20 minutes, never addressed it again. I am not the type of person to get upset or angry, so I just placed an in-person order (the two salads) and used the coupon for that. That took longer than it should have to accomplish due to their technology (certainly appears to be an ongoing theme). So, I spent $25 more than I expected to spend to use my $20 birthday gift...LOL! Once we got all the way back home, I made the drive out from East Boynton Beach - 35 minutes away, we discovered that both of our meals were missing their sides. I am now trying to decide whether it is worth it to call them and ask them to fix it. I am certain I will not like the answer. Sadly, I cannot give a good recommendation for this place. If you are willing to deal with the "mess", the food is very good.

After we pointed it out, the manager told me it had been cut wrong (with the grain). He cut some more corned beef "correctly" and brought it back. It still wasn't very good. Slightly better, but I told my husband it could have been canned ham. The manager said they changed suppliers a few years back. I think they need to change again. My husband's chopped liver was a much better choice. It came with lettuce and tomato. I just want to touch base about my most recent visit to Lenora's. I've been to this location about three times. This is the location on Dixie Highway. They have open air seating, which is really nice on most evenings. This particular evening we arrived about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close more like 35 minutes before they were scheduled to close at 10 PM. It was a Friday night. We ordered a pizza and the rigatoni with mushrooms and cream sauce and I wanted to add a piece of salmon to it. After we sat down, my boyfriend's pizza came out in about seven minutes maximum. It was piping hot. The cheese was kind of sloppy and all over the place. It didn't really look like it was made with love. But he said it was good. My food however, took about 20 to 25 minutes longer than his pizza did. He was done eating his entire pizza before my food came out. That's never a good situation. They could've at least warned us of that, or let us know that that would be the case if they didn't realize it until they started making the food. There were only two other tables there. Once my food did come out, the salmon that I added for protein was almost $15. Obscene! I could get almost 3 pounds of salmon for that amount. It was maybe a 6 ounce piece maybe. And when they brought it out, it was raw in the middle. So I had to send it back and that was not met with a positive attitude, even though we brought up the issue with a very positive attitude despite having to wait almost 30 minutes for me to even get my food after my boyfriend had finished his pizza. They brought the salmon back and when they returned it, the employee was very pleasant and asked if I wanted to check it first. I ended up eating half of the pasta and packing the rest up to take home because by this time it was a few minutes after 10 o'clock and we didn't want to sit there as the only table left when we knew that they were obviously ready for closing time. One thing I must say is that I think divine intervention kept me in a great mood because they played my favorite journey song, they played my favorite song of all time, which is Tears for Fears. Everybody wants to rule the world, and then they played Bob Seger, who is definitely the artist who would've been my boyfriend or at least my celebrity crush had I've been born a few years earlier.
