WOW I wish they had this store in San Diego!! I was in town for work and getting a massage next door and stumbled across this place. All the meals are packaged to go- super easy and convenient for busy people! All the meals are high in protein 30-46g each! For someone who is health conscious and aims to eat at least 100 g of protein a day I was in heaven!! They also have an array of protein bars, chips, brownies, muffins galore! I got a chocolate protein brownie to try and I can't wait! The guys working were super helpful and nice. If the owner is reading this please message me! Edit after business response: Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not really interested in reaching g out directly, just putting the review here for other people. In response to the link to the menu, I understand it rotates every week, I meant it is the same 15 or so meals for keto/paleo that are rotated through. So hardly ever anything actually new to the lineup, just rotating amongst the established ones. That's what I meant by you're stuck with the same main meals month after month. Just honestly very meh. I've been on and off getting meals here for over 2 years and just noticed recently the price has raised by a whopping whole $1 for no value increase and deceiving pics. Yea yea, inflation inflation, but they've increased several times over the last few years and at some point it just isn't worth it. The meals also do not change so if you're sticking to one diet, you'll get bored fast. The protein portion is usually delicious but the veggies are usually way under seasoned and super under portioned. That always surprises me since veggies are so low calorie and an easy way to beef up a meal while keeping macros tight. My latest stop in just emphasized this. The counter lady was pretty unfriendly and the keto cheeseburger meal literally had like 2 chunks of cauliflower and a few crumbles. Crazy. My typical experience. I'm a flight attendant and I unfortunately didn't have time to meal prep like I normally would before a trip, so I caught myself on day two looking for some food to get. My first thought was to walk on lay-over to the nearest public's and get some prepared mood, but due to being tired and lazy from an afternoon by the pool I decided to hop on Uber eats and find something semi healthy. Very yummy meals. Easy to order too and costs less than other national services that delivery. If you count calories it's easy to stay on track. Some of the items like crispy chicken, muffins, quesadilla I recommend heating up on air fryer. I have only been to west palm location once. Order online only. read more

Wholesome fast food with a friendly and helpful staff Great for those on mission to eat healthier

Been eating meals from Ideal Nutrition for over a month now. I'm very happy. The food is always great quality and the meals are very filling. The store front is always clean and the stock fridges are super easy to navigate. Even the website is easy to use and check stock with. The location is conveniently located on pga just east of the turnpike. My favorite item is the blueberry muffins. They sell out of these pretty quickly so get there early on restock days (Sundays and Wednesdays)! read more

Week three here no complains. Food tastes great, and they're all $7. They have breakfast and sweets as well. They also sell protein bars and energy drinks. They have a couple of tables and a microwave if you wanna stop by and eat there. TIP: They get their deliveries on Sunday and Wednesday. You'll find more options these two days. read more

i first heard about ideal nutrition through the folks at LA fitness, and i have to admit i was skeptical at first because the food pics did not look very appetizing to me. but after more than five visits now, i cannot stop raving about the meals and convenience!!! i don't even know where to begin telling you about all the benefits and the VALUE ideal nutrition has to offer. i'll start with my improved quality of life. let me just put it out there right now: i'm lazy, i'm a terrible cook, and i gained weight during the pandemic. ideal nutrition not only provides fresh made microwaveable meals that are ready in 2-3 mins, but they also take the guesswork out of your calorie counting. literally every time i scan the barcode on myfitnesspal, the calories and macros are already in the app. no idea how, but ya girl is thankful. also this is probably a good time to add that the meals are actually pretty damn good and more flavorful than they look. i used to order microwaveable frozen meals from freshly, and compared to that, ideal nutrition is like a gift sent by the gods. i'm now getting food that's not overly processed/ridiculously high in sodium, AND i can get it without having to wait and deal with all the shipping crap. i hop in my car when i feel like it, i drive to the store, and i pick up the exact amount of food i need and want for the week--for only $7 a meal. sometimes bogo. and sometimes free because of their rewards program. truly a game changer. i could keep going, but i've probably hyped it up a decent amount :) go try for yourself! the grilled mahi bowl is my favorite meal, and their oreo protein pancakes and chocolate muffins are to die for. read more

The food is tasty and I like that there are no additives, no chemicals. The nutrition info in my opinion is way off. I think the macros are understated and a consequence of this is that since eating the food I have gained 7 pounds that really snuck up on me. I am 5'2" fit and have always counted macros. When I meal prep my portions are weighed and measured and I have been able to maintain my weight. I had a discussion with a friend who has experienced similar situation when consuming this food. You guys really have to do better with this. Because of this I will not buy the food again. Disappointed because the food is good. read more

Food is good. Prices went up 10% which I totally understand. I do not like that they nickel and dime you by adding a $4 convenience charge when you place orders on-line. If anything they should offer a discount for pick-ups as you are not using their free delivery service. They really need to rethink their "convenience charge" policy as those sort of unjustifiable add-ons usually result in me not shopping at such vendors. read more

I try to cancel my subscription and they were getting ready to change me for a meal prep I clearly didn't authorize. They changed the menu and instead of contacting me via email or phone, they sent me something I'm allergic to. Be careful. Signing up for the subscription is not worth it. Buy weekly so you are ensured to get what you ordered. I spoke to a Cassandra last week. She apparently didn't cancel my order after exchanging emails. Unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

My doctor recommended this company to help me as I'm really bad with food prep and portion size. I thought the food was tasty and liked the portion size. On my first visit, I found the staff willing to help. But, today I was extremely disappointed. I was headed home from an appointment just needed to pickup lunch and dinner for two days... did I say I was in a hurry? Four items and I knew which ones I wanted. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone if he had a few minutes. He said. 'Sure!' I explained my situation and he responded, 'oh, I can't do that- you'll have to order online'. So much for using his free time during the work day to help someone AND make a sale, Thanks Mike! Now they have lost me as a customer and I will be sharing my story with anyone who will listen.
