They never called me once, instead, I had to place follow up calls on a weekly basis. Finally, after they had the unit for a month I called and was told that the mechanic accidentally cracked the housing and they would have to search for a used lower unit and use it. After another month passed, I dropped by the shop to see what was going on and was told it was ready. I installed the unit and it, too, had issues and would not spin the prop. Basically, they had the lower unit for 2 months, broke it even more and then replaced it with a non-working used lower unit. They did not charge me for this "service" and I ended up not being able to use their replacement lower unit. Total waste of time and the lower unit I got was not nearly as nice looking as the one that I brought in. I don't recommend them at all and would give a zero rating if I could.
