My wife bought me a Key West boat on 30 March 2020 from the Bartow, Fl office. They sold me a boat with so many problems. The leather seat covers were faded with red spots. The speedometer stopped working properly, the battery for the trolling motor was not installed properly, the lower unit was faulty, the boat lower unit took on water and they blamed the issues on the propeller hitting a rock underneath the water, they had my boat for three week with little to no progress (JUN 24 - now). I recently purchased jet ski trailer parts from the Tampa location and was more than satisfied with the level of customer service from the staff. The parts department is well stocked at great prices. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with any questions that I had. I highly recommend writing down the SKU numbers from the website, as it makes locating parts easier for the parts team. During this recent stay at home Covid nightmare we got cabin fever and decided we wanted to be boat owners again! We went to Outcast Watersports one afternoon to start looking around and we were greeted by Ian. We were very impressed with Ian's professional and friendly attitude and the pleasant experience we had of boat shopping at Outcast Watersports. Never did we feel pressured to buy. Ian was very informative , personable and respectful of social distancing and helped us choose the right boat for our family needs. I cannot say enough of the attention and service I received from the whole team at Outcast Watersports during the purchase of my new Key West. I shopped my boat all over the South-East and found it only 30 minutes from my house in Tampa!! From the minute I stepped onto their well inventoried lot, to the minute my boat was on the water, they were upfront, professional and extremely helpful and customer conscious. The sales team of John, Frank and Neil were great upfront in helping me decide upon my boat model and the extras, go over the features of the boat thoroughly, and then detail it to my request upon sale. Jay, Perry, and the service crew dropped it on the water and provided an excellent on the water intro, from the ramp to my boat lift. You cannot beat this type of old time service!!
