Terrible service all around. I brought a working phone in to get the cracked screen fixed and when I received it buttons were not working. They apparently use refurbished parts and charged me like new while using faulty merchandise. When I immediately returned the device I was met with attitude and unprofessional customer service. If you have any electrical/device problems and would like to get a fair deal and good work done do not spend your money with them. read more

Ugh went in to buy a new phones, spend $500 and had to immediately return the first sone because there were lines all down the screen didn't notice because it kept shutting down in the store. They replaced it no questions and now this one has another screen issue where it just presses random buttons on it own/closes apps on its own/it just shows that the screen is always being touched when it's not. Usually don't write the negatives but DO NOT use this place took my iPad in to have the screen replaced. After the call back to come pick it up I did and they fried the power bank portion of the motherboard needless to say it won't charge. I went back and was told it wasn't their fault. Funny it was charging before I brought it in. I work in costumer service and this place definitely doesn't have it. Needless to say don't use this place ever! read more

This store was one of the worst stores I have ever dealt with in my life went in on an appointment to repair a cell phones on a Groupon after I returned to the store to pick up the phone the repair guys the owner never showing up to work they did however cash in the Groupon I returned one week later for another appointment and once again the owner was nowhere to be found they refused to refund the money basically I was robbed by the store the girls that work there call the owner and he just hangs up on them.. If I could do zero stars I would. Called and asked to see if they could replace the glass on a S5. They quote an hour to an hour and a half. Sat there for almost 3 hours. They first brought it out with the menu button not working and glue all over the housing that would not come off. Then when they went back to fix the menu button, the home button dropped down under the screen level and was recessed. He then told me that this is the way it should be when you replace the glass. I argued and told him that they need to fix this correctly but they were closing. I get home and the screen is loose on the left and right to the point I can put my fingernail under the screen. read more

Got iphone screen replaced at 8pm, next morning found the screen had a crack up near the earpiece. I put it in a big phone case before I even left the store, and have not even dropped it! So I immediately drove back to show it and they said sorry nothing we can do. Go somewhere else or buy from icracked and do it yourself. They fixed my daughter's cracked screen for her galaxy 5, after she and her sister were chased down by a bear at Yellow Stone National park, which caused the phone to smash into a rock. Who cares about the cost after thinking of this near mishap? However, I called around and found that this was the only store to fix the phone because the previous stores are now all mobile repair shuttles, and only fix I phones, and they suggested I try this store because that is where they buy all of their parts. IDEAS did do a good job of fixing the phone, but after I had called twice, and was quoted $25.00, (including a screen protector) and for supplies to arrive in the mail, it seemed like a good deal. All the mobile stores quoted me $135.00, even if they found the parts. When we arrived at the store, we were told the cost to repair the phone was $85.00, and they denied our previous quotes. Also the new screen protector did not come with the new screen, so all in all the cost was $101.00. They didn't have the correct screen protector for the phone, so they found an alternative, but there was a small gap at the top. However, it was installed carefully and professionally.They did fix it in 30 minutes as promised, and they did appear to be experienced and careful repair men. I think part of the problem is that some employees don't speak English well and didn't understand me when I called, plus the people who answer the phone don't understand repair costs. Fake iPhone screens that crack VERY easily. My phone fell on laminate with the case on and shattered completely! My phone screen looks dim compared to other iPhones..dim and yellow? Save yourself from making a mistake and go to the APPLE store for your APPLE devices. read more

Worst place ever! Got my screen fixed, raised the concern of my screen not being set right and they assured me it was ok...... A couple days later get a new case in and was putting it on, snapped it in and the screen cracked. I didn't even push hard!!!! Went back into the store and they refused to do anything for me and called security as soon as I said it was bs that I raised the concern they said it was ok and this happens. Owner wouldn't even talk to me. His employees were up front talking for him. And then get in my face swearing at me!!!!! As far as I'm concerned pay the extra amount of money to get it fixed right. Now I see why their ads were on craigslist. What kind of owner calls security to avoid dealing with customers??? And the even better part? I can understand spanish....... the things that they are saying about their customers is downright hurtful...... read more

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE EVER! !!!! bought a Groupon to get my husband's S5 and my son's S4 screens replaced. I followed the instructions and called to set up an appointment. I was told no appointment was needed. Showed up Saturday only to be told the guy who repairs the screens wasn't in that day. I was told to return the next day. Meanwhile the girl at the counter proceeded to redeem my Groupon for me so I had no choice but to come back. Came back Sunday and was advised it would take 3 hours to fix and I would get a call when they were done. 3 1/2 hours later I had received no call so I returned to the store and was told the repair guy never showed and wasn't answering his phone anymore. So here I am with no screen repairs and no way to get my money back back since my Groupon was already redeemed... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ! ! ! Went here so they could flash my two Verizon phone so I could use them with a different company...got it done went back to the phone place to put my sim cards in the phones wouldn't read them they told me to go back here so they could fix it,well I was waiting for an hour then turns into 4hours (not even joking)they still couldn't get my phones to work with the cards at all....long story short Verizon told me I didn't need to do this so I went back to tell them what they did didn't work or do anything asked for my money back and didn't get anything back, phones didn't work after they "flashed" them ,plus they went thru my photos.
