I just got my iPhone 7 screen repaired in 20 minutes for under $90. Best and quickest service around. He even cleaned the charging port which had lint in it and wasn't charging correctly. Side note: do not put your phone in your pocket with the port down, always keep it upside down to minimize lint in the charging port. Highly recommended! read more

This place was fantastic. I called before I went and spoke with Lexi. She is amazingly friendly and walked me through the process over the phone. I went in about 20 minutes later and was quoted 45 minutes to fix my daughters IPhone 5c shattered glass. Lexi took the phone and I left. I got a call only 25 minutes later to say the phone was ready. They did an impeccable job and you can't even tell that the phone was ever broken. I forgot to mention, the upgraded the phone to a white face instead of he factory installed black face and didn't charge extra. Brought my macbook in a few years ago to fix the battery adapter port and my laptop came back with not only the track pad not working, but the mic broken as well. I do not recommend this place for mac repairs. I was told neither of them were working when I brought the computer in-- definitely not the case. I certainly would've noticed if the trackpad/mouse wasn't working. Its a drive from here, but you're much, much better off going to the MacOutlet in Englewood. read more

I called ahead to see if they could fix my son's cracked phone screen. When we took it in they asked for my phone number...I stupidly assumed it was so they could contact me if an issue popped up or when the work was completed. After 3 hours (I was quoted approximately 1.5 hours for the work) I hurried back to the store to check on the progress. I apologized for walking in 5 minutes before closing, explaining that I had misunderstood and was waiting to hear from them. The response I received was no sort of acknowledgement to the statement (apology) that I had just made and the man proceeded to inform me that all of the screens that they had tried weren't working and that they would have to wait until the next day to actually fix it. Since I was unable to arrange that (and because my teenage son commutes by bus and needs a phone) the only option was to put the old, cracked screen back on. I waited for them to do so and the phone was handed back to me without so much as an apology for the inconvenience and miscommunication. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the front facing camera no longer worked nor did the fingerprint sensor on the home button. Both of which were working beforehand... THE WORST PART OF THIS ORDEAL IS THAT I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL CONFIDENT IN CALLING THEM TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES BECAUSE THEY SEVERELY LACK IN COMMUNICATION, SINCERITY, EMPATHY AND PROFESSIONALISM. I would not recommend this place to anyone! This is the best place to go if you need your electronic fixed. My PS4 was having problems connecting to the external hard drive and then it wouldn't even turn on. Brought the PS4 into the shop and staff was very friendly and very informative. Knowing very little about the consul the staff took their time explaining what was wrong and what they could do to fix the issue. They give me a very reasonable quote for the issue and offered other services to improve the consul at a great price. When I came to pick up my PS4 it was in perfect condition and they even gave me a discount on the cleaning. Every staff was kind and patient with me, and they do amazing work. I recently got a chance to utilize iFixIt's services, as I was looking for a replacement battery for my iPhone 4, but didn't want to risk installing it myself or sending it out of town for repair. The staff members were very friendly and efficient, and my phone was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes. They were also very helpful with assistance in finding a couple of really tiny replacement screws for a MacBook Pro as well. Definitely consider iFixIt before the big box stores. You'll most likely get a much better price and faster turnaround on your repair. read more

I brought my iPhone in because it was not turning on. I left the phone and told them to give me a call if they figure anything out. I waited until the end of the day to call and they said they looked at the phone but could not figure anything out. I picked it up and looked closely at it and noticed 2 screws missing. Then we brought it to the Apple store and when they opened it up they said there was a missing piece from whoever opened it up last. Poor service read more

My husband's PS4 took a tumble off of the shelf. There was no external damage and the system would come on, but we couldn't get it to connect to the TV. We started looking at refurbished and used replacement options online, when I remembered seeing iFixit down the street. My husband took the system in to them when they opened the next morning and they had it returned to him before they closed that evening, back in great working condition. We really appreciated that the diagnostic work was free. They also kept him informed throughout the day of their progress. They advised that they thought the problem was the graphics card was cracked & let us know that if that didn't fix the system, we wouldn't be charged for the card or the labor. (But it did work and the system has worked great since). Overall, our experience with them was excellent - they are extremely fair, communicative and expert at what they do. I went here to have the screen changed for my iPhone 5s. I asked if they used OEM parts and they said yes. I took it in and had them replace the screen. It took about 30 minutes which was nice but when I got it back, the sensor to shut the screen off when you put the phone to your face was not there. I told them they had the wrong screen on the phone and the girl at the desk started getting ignorant with me. She had an iPhone 5s and I showed her the difference between he screen and mine and she asked me why I was being so difficult. "It's not like the phone doesn't work". I told her I wasn't going to pay since they falsely stated they used OEM parts and she told me that either they would keep my phone or they would put the old screen back on. I shattered my iPhone 5c screen and destroyed the LCD/Digitizer all together as well. I called and was quoted 30 mins wait time. I brought my phone in and they took it back immediately. I waited out in my car for maybe 10-15 minutes when Rumaldo came out and found me to hand me my phone. I was very impressed with the speed of the service. My phone looked brand new again! Giving 4 stars because the brand new screen has a small (what I assume is) speck of damage to the LCD when it was given to me. Unsure if it was just like that when they installed it or what. I will try to call and have this resolved on Monday because they are closed now. read more

I don't know if it is just me but I would assume if they can work with the consoles then they could work on the official licensed accessories like the controllers. So I took my Xbox One controllers in and asked if they could repair them since they were malfunctioning due to repeatedly dropping them on my hardwood floor and they said no. If I could give this store zero stars that's what I would do because that's what they deserve. Not only did they break my iPhone that was less than 2 weeks old they refused to admit their mistake saying it was apple that made a bad phone. Their prices are very close to an authentic apple store so I would advise spending a few extra dollars to having your phone serviced by people that actually have a clue. You get what you pay for, and if you let this store touch your phone there is no telling what they will do to it. I will never ever ever take anything here again. I brought in my HP Laptop because Skype was working for the most part but I was not able to hear folks on the other end. A day later I was called and assured that the machine had viruses and virus removal needed to be done and the problem would be fixed. A few days later I was called and was told that Virus Removal did not fix the Skype problem and that they would need to do more checking. a week or so later I was called and pretty much told they could not discover the problem and that the motherboard would probably have to be replaced. I was not about to pay that cost so I was told their Virus Removal would be free as they could not solve the problem and to come pick it up. OK here is the part really makes me hate them. I got the Laptop home and my Bitdefender Virus Program had been removed and Avast Virus program had been installed, Malware Bytes Free Trail had been installed, numerous Windows updates were missing, My HP Assistant was Crashing, Skype was crashing, on, and on and on and the worst part is (I am legally Blind and must use Screen Enlargement software to read the Laptop Screen) my ZOOMTEXT 10.1 Screen Enlargement Software was no where on that Laptop any longer. Totally gone. Because I work as an Administrator, I have to use that Laptop when I go off of site and now I am at a total loss to use it because I can't see it. I called them to tell them all about it and how I was so unsatisfied and he said I don't remember doing any of that BJT bring it back it back in and we will see what we can do. YA right, I stupid to let them have it in the first place BUT I am not that dumb to let them have it a second time, So sure their service was free because they could not solve the problem BUT my laptop is in so much worse shape than when it went in to FIXIT. And why did they remove my Bitdefender Virus software that I have used for years and pay for each year and I am using on my other machines at home and the office and put Avast and Malware trail all without my verbal permission ?? So now I will have to pay another computer repair place to attempt to get my Laptop back to the place it was at before I took it to FIXIT and who knows how much that will cost me and I will need to have my Screen Enlargement reinstalled after it is fixed.. I live only about four block from this place BUT I will take any computers that need repaired all the way to Littleton before I take them to FIXIT. They could have just said we can't fix the problem and I would have been good with that and they would have received a much better review from me. Nothing wrong with the truth. read more

Took my son's cracked IPod in to get the screen repaired. The first time it took less than an hour. However, I got it home and then realized the screen was not completely fixed and I could pull it off if I had wanted too, and now we had a "burn" spot on the screen in which blocked the view of the picture on the screen. So I took it back in to get it repaired. This time, not only did it take two days to fix (which I was told it would be done by the end of the day), they still couldn't fix the screen properly and blamed my son's IPod instead. They said it had a bent frame in which we took to another store and was told that it did not have a bent frame. I would not waste my time or money with this company. Not only were they not friendly, but they refused to admit they had made a mistake and correct it fully!! I still have not received a full refund. If you can't fix it properly, then advise me of that in the first place and I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Kudos to iFixit. I had the unfortunate luck of smashing my relatively new iPhone 6 in the car door cracking the whole thing vertically despite having it in a case with screen protector. Although the screen was cracked the phone was still technically on. I took it to iFixit where I was told it could be restored to its functional condition, which it was two weeks later. Thanks iFixit for saving me hundreds of dollars buying a brand new phone. read more

When I called to see if they could replace the screen on a Kyocera Duraforce they said yes. They'd done a couple. They were difficult, but they could do it. We dropped it off Saturday late morning and got a call a couple hours later to pick it up. They were done. That night, my son noticed a gap all the way around the phone. It hadn't been put back together properly. The shop is closed on Sunday, so we took it back Monday (President's day). They said they'd get it fixed and call me, but that they might be closing early. If so,they'd call me and let me know so I could get up there before they left. If needed they'd meet me somewhere to get me the phone. By 5pm I hadn't heard from them. I tried calling numerous times and couldn't get ahold of anyone. So my husband stopped by about 6:20 and they were closed. Their hours are 11 am to 7pm. Thanks for the call guys. So I called them around 12:30 today and was informed that they couldn't seal the phone back up properly because they didn't have the correct materials to do so. When I picked the phone up, the guy said no one in Colorado had it. Ok, so you've replaced the screens on several of these phones and you don't have the proper materials to do it right? Shouldn't this be something you disclose BEFORE you start woking on the phone. So now, the waterproof phone I bought specifically for that reason, is no longer waterproof. I will never go back to this shop. I suggest you ask a lot of questions about how they put your electronics back together before you choose Ifixit to do any work. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolute worse service and have no regard for people's time. Said they could replace my cracked screen. Well, little did I know- they will do anything for a quick buck. They obviously are novice at best at working on phones. They told me they could replace my screen but apparently had some trouble seeing that I left my phone, came back and it was still not done. They apparently went through several screens before waiting to tell me when I got back that they only had a white screen left. I agreed, and finally, after waiting another 30 mins the 'new screen' literally had a gap b/t it and the device (you could see the guts of the phone). I realized after being rushed into running my credit card that they display's touch functionality was still completely broken too. The only good here, was they honored the warranty and refunded me the next day. ifixit- dont wast peoples time on items you're incapable of fixing. read more
