Hi Kelly, Everyone this place is TOP NOTCH!!!! Kelly is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got married on July 4, 2014 and and I wanted my glases etched with our names and wedding date, well a friend said he could do it and 3 weeks before the wedding he said he couldn't do it. Then another friend said call prints shops and ask them about labels I was like "ghetto", well I called around and found out what I was looking for is called "Crystal Vinyl Lettering", but the size that I needed they didn't do but if I really wanted it they would charge $3.75 each for 100 but I only needed 59 well they wanted $4.75 each. I called more places and they either wanted more money or didn't even want to bother doing it because of the size. I said a little prayer and found "Identity Signs & Graphics". Kelly knew right off the back what I wanted and she said the size I wanted was a lot difficult, but to come down and she'll see how we can make it work. When I got there she already had some made in different sizes and fonts, and yes it was a challenging task. But Kelly made it happen and we hit it off like we knew each other for years. My center pieces we beautiful and Kelly charged me half the price then what I expected to pay. Let me say this, even if Kelly would have cost more then any other place, I already knew I was going to pay her what ever she wanted because of her OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
