They were so kind to squeeze in last minute my son's graduation sign. I picked it up on the day with plenty of time before the ceremony. This is the second time I had them design a graduation sign and the graphics are always professionally done. They get very busy during the end of the school year, so be patient if they don't immediately answer phone calls. Parking is also a challenge as they have very few stalls in front of their entrance and seem to always be occupied. Located right after burgerking PearlCity in a small sidestreet leading to the storage and Goodyear...It looks more like a house than a printing business. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and the staff was very cool and professional. I just needed to make a few stickers and the design and details was handled right away and in a few minutes everything was worked out. They even said they could have it done the same day but because I didnt want to wait I just decided to pick up later. Tge stickers came out perfect and they gave a few extra. She went looking for a personalized ribbon for her mom's upcoming gravesite service and was helped by a young man and another woman. Man. I wasn't going to leave a review but I want you to be smarter than me. There is too much to say...make sure you get a contract and some sort of 30 day warranty on your vehicle wrap or project. Poor customer service, money lost, and wrap is bubbling severely and I paid over 7k. It just hurts. Know ownership was taken. In fact I was accused of trying to hustle them and get them for money when all I wanted was a job done in excellence. Photos are attached. Job was not done as it should have been. Not a full wrap, decals were placed on the doors on top of the wrap, burn marks from the gun too close, bubbles everywhere. I was told to push the bubbles in...like what? These aren't small bubbles and they can't be pushed in. I'm sure they have provided great work before but man you have to take ownership of this. I cannot make this happen to the wrap it's just poor install. So now I have to drive it everyday knowing all the flaws and eat the cost. Just bad for business. I wouldn't personally recommend them Update: first court date they gave me a full refund. It's sad it had to go that far and still in court they played the victim as if it was my fault. At the initial court date I asked if they could take it off or pay for it to be removed and aloha signs didn't agree. Estimates are around $850 to get the wrap removed. Now we go to trial this week. Aloha signs wishes to move forward it seems with the trial. All this over a bad install and no ownership taken. It's a waste of time and energy but it's the principle that matters to me. I would never want this to happen to anyone because the stress isn't worth it. Updated video is also posted of how bad the wrap has gotten. Wish I didn't have to leave this review but I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't warn you. read more

I was immediately helped by Dae. He is awesome! He was so patient with me in selecting what fonts to use for the words on both the banner and poster board and he's also a great designer! Just make sure you know what you want and they will help make recommendations too. Timeframe to have both the banner and posterboard done from start to finish - 5 business days. Once we stepped inside, we had a man and a woman greet us properly proceeded by a man who helped us pick out text decals for my car. I was given a tape measure to ensure that I would be pleased with the measurements of the words and after finalizing my text, font sizes and type, color, and cost, the man (named Joe) installed the stickers for me. Called inquiring about a business van in to get decals put on it. Spoke with Pat who was very receptive. He gave me a great price and scheduled me for later that week. When I took it in to the shop, I was helped immediately and was back out of the shop in 3 minutes. They told me it would be done by the end of the day, and it was finished at 3pm. The best part was that I accidentally left my wallet in the van when I dropped it off. Freda secured it for me and took care of it the entire day until I came to pick up the van! Read the good reviews and thought I'd come here to get banners made for my dad's business. They have a few parking stalls in the front of their store and I was helped immediately when I walked in. I brought an example of what I wanted on the sign and the lady took my order and filled out a form for me. She told me she would be in touch and e-mail me the proof for the banner. About week passed and I called back because I hadn't received an e-mail yet. I was transferred to a lady and she assured my order wasn't forgotten and she will be e-mailing me by 1pm at the latest. 1pm: nothing, 6pm: nothing, and the next day: nothing. I've spent many thousands of dollars on signs at Aloha Signs and have been happy with their work. The one thing you have to know is that they are a BUSY store. Always busy. They have one graphic designer, Alena, so if you need some design work she's the person you'll be dealing with. She's a really competent and sweet lady but you have to stay on top of your requests or you'll be waiting longer than you want to. That's just the way it goes with a busy business.
