I'm leaving this here for those who send in orders through email for other people, keep in mind the company will refuse service to you if the company has a challenging time with the person that you place the order for has an issue with their order. I have been loyal to this copy place since my grandparents used them for years. But after receiving emails that they will no longer service me because of the low Yelp review that the person I was helping posted. It's just so unfortunate that it has come to this. High recommend! I emailed Aiea Copy Center at 12:50PM yesterday. Kim responded in a timely manner, was polite, professional and thorough. After a few exchanges and receipt of an estimate, I gave the go ahead for my poster print job (at about 2:15PM). Kim let me know it would be ready in 2 business days. Today I received a call at about 10:30AM that my order was ready. How is that for service!? Not even 24 hours from my first inquiry to completion... amazing! For anyone wondering about graduation posters, there are a few options: the 4mm corrugated plastic board is the most popular and also best option for outdoors because it is weather proof. There is a slight texture on the surface so you should go in to see their samples if it might sway your decision. Also - if you had been to their previous location in Aiea Shopping Center, they are no longer there. I went on autopilot to that place and then had to look up where they currently are. They are down in that single story shopping area across the street from the shopping center. Ample parking though the lot was pretty full. read more

I've used Aiea copy center for 2 projects and they always provide great quality and service! I needed something printed on cardstock for an event and they were able to print out a test version first which I appreciated. I don't know a lot of other printing places that do that. The turnaround time was quick and they were able to print it in a few hours! Other places Will charge you extra for if you wanted it printed that day. Aiea Copy Center is my go-to for my printing needs. My mother and I go big [on a budget] for all of our parties and printed invitations tend to set the tone for turnout. I, personally, have sought Aiea Copy's services for multiple projects including birth announcements, Christmas cards, birthday/party invitations, printed photos, posters and more. What I usually do is find a template on Etsy that has a personalization and digital download option (I prefer Corjl) and I send the final document in jpg or pdf and email it to Aiea Copy center and call them to confirm my order. Most of what I order is front and back with a matte finish because that's what I prefer and they have envelopes for purchase. They are always so quick in printing my projects- almost ALWAYS same-day if I call early enough and it's not too elaborate what I'm printing. They are priced right for my needs especially compared to other online companies that print cards and what not. I'm very pleased with their services! read more

Top notch service! I am a very happy first time customer. I called while on my way to the shop to ask what was the best way to send over my file. Mike instructed me to email it to them. I emailed it right after we hung up and I got a confirmation and response within minutes. When I arrived, they had already printed a sample for me to review. We took a few minutes to discuss my options and my order was placed and ready for pick up within a few hours. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. While I was being helped, another employee took notice that I had my toddler with me so she brought him some stickers. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. I needed to print card-stock pamphlets that needed to be folded so they recommended to have them scored. I HIGHLY encourage this add-on as it made folding such a breeze. I needed to print out an email attachment and this was thr closest print and copy center, since konkos closed many locations. The employee was helpful, but advised me that there is a $5 fee plus the one page I wanted to print. If you need to print something while running around, definitely run past this place as you'll get robbed. Response: Thank you for your response. Glad you are doing well enough to ignore a completely underserved democratic. However, as you stated to me, it's your choice. As previously mentioned with kinkos closing more locations, it seems rather ignorant to assume there are many options, but I did drive to kinkos pearl city. Located on the 3rd floor of Aiea shopping mall is Aiea copy center. They still keep COVID regulations, which is fine with me, as you enter the whole office area is separated to keep customers and employees safe. The staff was very helpful and courteous and prices were reasonable. Aiea Copy's prices are a little questionable. For some orders, pricing is expected, however, there are others that make absolutely no sense. There will always be a $5 fee for every order it seems like because of their digital fee. If they have to manipulate your file any way, that's an additional $5 per change (cropping, resizing, etc). I understand the extra cost but $5 per change is kinda nuts. I always have my file print ready to avoid these extra costs. The quality is pretty standard as far as a printing company goes. As well as their response rate and production time. Nothing is exceptional or would make me want to come back. I wanted to order 2 copies, double sided, colored, on cardstock. My quote was $15. For 2 sheets of paper, insane! I sent my file into FedEx instead and paid $6. I would highly suggest shopping around before ordering from Aiea copy. I'm positive there will always be a cheaper alternative for the exact same quality. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING PRINTED WITHIN 48 HOURS!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY INFLEXIBLE!!! THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU BY MAKING YOU PAY A RUSH FEE OF $60+!!! When I called, the girl on the phone said that my documents would be ready by the next business day. Great! I submitted my documents for printing on Tuesday at noon. I received a final quote for my order at 5pm. I confirmed the quote at 615pm. I received an email the next morning (Wednesday) saying that my order would not be ready until Thursday at 6pm (50+hrs after I submitted my initial documents)!!! This was unfortunate as I was hoping to pick up my documents on Wednesday since I was off that day, but now I'm going to have to rush to try to pick it up on Thursday after I get off from work and before my daughter's swim lessons. When I called and spoke to the manager, Ceslie. She was extremely inflexible. She said I could either pay a $60 upcharge to "rush the order" or wait another 30+ hrs for my documents to be ready. I asked to see their policy on this. I also asked if this is posted anywhere on their website. I was told that there is no policy and it is not on their website. I was also told to "just go by the time that was quoted in the email". Ceslie also refused to give me an estimated time frame of when my order would be ready... and she would not say if my order would be ready by Thursday at lunchtime (since I could maybe try to pick it up on my lunch break) or even Thursday at 430pm (since my daughters swim lesson is at 5pm and they close at 6pm). I called on Thursday at 11am and personally went down at 2pm on my lunch break (over 48 hrs after my documents were submitted) and was told that my order was still not ready! Again, I was told to pay for a rush fee. Again, I was told that they could not give me an estimated time frame. Finally got a call at 430pm that my order was ready. So now I'll be up late into the evening this Thursday and Friday, trying to finalize / prep everything for my daughters birthday on Saturday, between working a full shift on Friday. I did not even mention the $5 / document that they charged me just to open my documents... They told me to email to them the documents and never once mentioned the upcharge. In the past, I went there because of the customer service great and they did good work. I didn't mind paying a little extra to support the small business. After this incident, there is no reason for anyone to come here. Terrible customer service. Extremely long processing times. Sleazy company ethics/morals. Zero empathy for their clients. I will never come here again. You're better off going to Kinkos or Office Depot. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. read more

I have a decent black and white laser printer at home for any of my normal printing needs, it's cheap, fast, and gets the job done. But I needed to send in an important application for my daughter, and a normal humdrum b&w page wouldn't cut it. I created a nice color PDF and asked Aiea copy how much it would be to make a couple color copies of it on better than normal paper, and I needed it the same day. Was it cheap? Not especially, but the quality was fantastic, and I didn't have to spend money on a new color printer just for the rare instance of me needing to print in color.
