I was the fourth person in line, and watched in amazement as she dealt with the people in front of me with rudeness, arrogance, and an attitude dripping with condescension. She actually refused to give one customer her receipts so that she could track her returns! I decided to do my return at the UPS Quakertown location. I have had positive interactions with UPS employees for over 50 years, and have never encountered an individual with such a disgraceful attitude. This woman doesn't appreciate the company she represents, and should not be on the payroll. I'm going to put this review in our local newspaper so that none of my fellow shoppers fall victim to this horrible person.
