Not sure what I would do without The UPS Store. I am a government contractor and also have another business. For about the past 9+ years I have had a mail box with them and it is such a great thing for my businesses. I obviously don't want to use my home address for any of my business related mail and The UPS Store gives me a professional address. I am able to receive mail, packages and they'll even sign for certified or packages requiring a signature! I never have packages sitting in the rain or snow at my house because they all get sent to my UPS Store address! The employees are great and the owner is usually at the store overseeing the operations. When a business keeps long time employees it speaks volumes. Its nice stopping in daily to familiar smiling faces! The UPS Store sells boxes and supplies too. They also offer packaging, copy, fax, fingerprinting, and 3D printing services! Can't forget shipping too! The review from the Yelper who had an issue with their hours is not fair. I have been a customer prior to even having a mailbox and NEVER had an issue with them locking up or leaving early.. NEVER! I have and will continue to recommend The UPS Store! read more

Just an odd staff - called several times to ask about a notary. On one occasion a male just answered "hello" and immediately hung up. Took about 6 more calls over several hours for someone to pick up. Enter the store to send a document I had notarized elsewhere because of the lack of response on the phone. Three employees having a conversation among themselves while ringing me up: Woman #1: "I'm not sure how to ask the boss for a raise" Pink haired clown: "Just be like, yo, give me a raise" Woman #2: "That's probably not the best way to ask" Pink haired clown: "Yo, I say what I want. I don't give a f$ck" Me: "Yeah, that's probably not the language to use in front of customers" Pink haired clown: Obviously offended because I "disrespected" him (he's the only one that can say whatever he wants I guess...) "Yo, I'm a free spirit. I say what's on my mind. I don't give a fu... " (struggles to keep the word from coming out) Holy crap, really. It was like I walked into some 18yo's $hitty apartment and got into the middle of a convo with his weed dealer, but I'm in a UPS Store. Keep it classy, guys. read more

For the second day in a row, this store was closed when it was supposed to be open. Both days there was a crude, hand written note announcing the closure. I don't know if these locations are franchises or company owned, but this store reflects very poorly on UPS. read more

I cannot believe how horrible the owner of this store is. I moved to Allentown in June and had packages stolen so I signed up for a mailbox at this store. I expressly told them the reason why and that I would be having my deliveries sent there. She has yelled at me in the past for getting too many packages and just now she told me that she is changing her policy that people with small mailboxes will no longer be allowed to have packages delivered. Wow, The United PARCEL store will not let me get PARCELs delivered there! A service that I am paying for. Just now, Amazon shows that I had a package delivered on Sunday at 12:28 pm. I have been to the store several times this week but never received this package. They have either lost it or it was mistakenly given to another customer. I have received other people's packages by mistake but have always brought them back. She is refusing to take responsibility. Does that mean I am out $28? Thank goodness it wasn't anything expensive!! The employees there have been very kind to me but they are overworked and there is very high turnover of staff. I was there last week and only one woman was working and it was very busy. She couldn't even go to the bathroom or take a break. They all can't stand the owner!! I wish I had read the reviews before I rented a mailbox there. Consider yourself warned! read more

Service is the worst. Supply cost is triple the other place. And the staff lies in front of you, and they ARE LAZY!!! Save your time and go to the other one on the 5585 Hamilton Street, the one close to Costco. I went there on 3/26, Sunday. There are two staff members there. My experience. 1. They are lazy and try to avoid work as much as possible. Worst altitude. 2. One lied in front of me, stating maximum insurance is $100. What a lier! 3. The medium shipping box cost almost $10 there. the same box costs $3 on the 5585 Hamilton Street. I went to the one on the 5585 Hamilton Street, the one close to Costco. Tried to drop off a parcel this morning. The manager was clearly overwhelmed. Would not let customers into store and was quite rude.

This UPS store is absolutely useless- took an Amazon return item there. Scanned it- gave me a tracking number but the item was never returned to Amazon. When I went back to the store with tracking# - clerk said "I'm new here can't help you" Customer service is pathetic. If they can't handle the number of Amazon returns, then they shouldn't be accepting anything. This used to be a reliable store with competent help, but not any longer. Do yourself a favor , find somewhere else to take Amazon returns. read more

Not sure why there are such poor reviews for this location. I waited after visiting a. few times to review this but the customer service is great and they are efficient ; much better than the UPS off Airport Rd. Eddy is who I've dealt with the few times, She's been extremely friendly and kind, while being extremely quick. The only knock on this location is the location itself, I could see how people may complain about that but overall this UPS is clean, efficient and does the job it needs to do. read more

As the saying goes I did not have a dog in this hunt, but I walked into this store and the employee named Victoria was basically abusing a customer. I know it is difficult to find employee's at the moment but this owner would be better severed by closing, for sure the women will not be back nor will I, along with the other folks heading in. As I viewed it the customer was returning an amazon package with a USP label, obvious mistake, and Victoria was completely out of line, rude, etc., etc. Basically yelling at the customer as she took her package and left. read more

These people refused to attach a pre-pay label I got for a return I needed to make and made me buy a small tape that costed me $6, and then made me attach the label myself. They also said that, if they taped the label themselves, they would charge me $1 dolla for each foot of tape; so miserable!!! I mean, I could've understood if it was me taking several boxes fir them to tape, but one small box? And btw, they don't do this at other UPS stores I have visited! read more

I've mostly used this location more for fingerprinting than for the UPS services. The UPS staff always seems very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. There are PO boxes you can rent, packing supplies such as boxes, bubble wraps, and they also do printing services such as banners, advertisement for businesses, spiral binding, and even large size posters, etc... The fingerprinting service is also fast and friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

Went to get fingerprinted for a job and the woman at UPS Store claimed my last and first name got switched in the system somehow, but that they could change it back for $3.00. (I have entered my name and info online hundreds of times and have never done it incorrectly. Did it four times that morning.) I heard them telling each person before me that they could print a receipt for $1.00! I walked out and was able to do it all stress-free at the Quakertown Community School District office later.This is a bunch of gypsies running a scam thanks to state government privatizing security screening. I have gone here for fingerprinting in the past, but the last time I went there was an issue with the system and my future employer was unable to access the prints. I called the store to try to figure out what had happened so I could find out if I need to be reprinted. I spoke with Cora, the owner, who was incredibly rude to me and blamed the prints not being in the system on me. She proceeded to yell at me and when I told her that I would appreciate her not being rude to me, and that she needed to take responsibility for the store's error she became even more rude, and accused me of yelling at her. When I asked for her name so I could report her to her supervisor she informed me she was the owner and initially refused to give me her name. I informed her I would be reporting her to the BBB and UPS corporate. She finally gave me her name, but not before threatening me that she was going to contact my future employer and asking me who it was. I did not give her the name of my future employer, but the fact that this woman's customers have to be afraid that she is going to personally attack them when she gets angry is insane! I will never use this store again, and depending on the response I receive from corporate I may never use UPS again. Customer service is a thing of the past. read more
