I have no doubt that other reviewers had bad experiences at this location, but that certainly wasn't the case for me. I was in and out in seven minutes. Everyone was polite ... even humorous. That might not be the case in five years when I have to renew my TSA Pre-Check, but my experience this time around was a great one. Funny story: I told a couple of folks at the office that I had a 3:40 p.m. appointment at this location and they warned me ... even told me that I should change my appointment to a nearby location. They said "You'll be waiting for an hour and a half," to which I responded "No I won't, because I'll bolt after 30 minutes and reschedule." On my way out the door of the office, they joked "Good luck!" I show up at this location and I hear a couple of people talking badly about the very location that my co-workers recommended. One of them said "I had to wait an hour, and the woman at the counter was rude." All of that to say that maybe these reviews truly make a difference in some cases. Kudos to the gentlemen who helped me at the Deer Park location. Whoever is in charge of this place does an excellent job. Please keep it up. read more

This is not the first time that I come for fingerprinting. The best thing to say is that they have been consistent. The front desk was efficient and friendly. My wait was about 5 minutes. The person attending to me was professional and explain what was being done step by step. The sitting room was clean, well lit and comfortable temperature. I may even consider applying for a job since they are hiring. read more

Two female staffers were rude and unprofessional. Rude front desk check in clerk, and unprofessional finger print clerk. I really don't want to hear you loudly singing in my ear as you try and position my fingers to get good prints. Which took you many attempts because of failed results. I had an appointment to get my TSA precheck done and showed up 30 minutes early, as the directions that were texted to me said. I went in to check in and the lady at the desk looked at me like I was crazy and told me to wait in my car and they'll call me when I need to come in. I said sure and went back to my car. Well 20 minutes after my appointment time and I still hadn't heard from them. I went in to check and she said "we don't call people" I told her that that is literally what she told me earlier and she called me a liar. I told her I wasn't going to argue with her about this and asked how long of a wait it would be. She said an hour and a half I thanked her for her time and said I would reschedule. I will take my business to a different location, one that hopefully doesn't call their customers liars. read more

I came to this place to get a TWIC card the receptionist could not stay off the phone and couldn't stay in he seat. Came in with a passport card and was told it wouldn't work. I talked with an agent and he said it would've but by this time I had driven all the way back to Houston. read more

This office was a quick find and there was not a long wait as I have heard occur at some other locations. The staff were all very knowledgeable of the process and everything went rather quickly. In and Out. Its suggested to make an appointment and you should because the TSA Pre Check is done here as well as other Government required certification for like Truck Drivers and some employment requirements for Govt workers so yeah it can get busy if you dont time it right also they close at noon for hour lunch, so dont think you'll run over there really quick on your noon lunch break... yeah that won't work out well. Really upset that I scheduled an appointment and had others go before me for about an hour before I was served. This included TWO walk in customers who had no appointment. All of the people who went before me who did have appointments had them scheduled twenty to fifty minutes AFTER mine. There's no situation where that's acceptable or understandable. My wife and I had a superb experience today with IdentoGO in Deer Park, getting signed up for TSA Pre Check! We had made an appointment for the afternoon and arrived with the required documentation. The front desk was prompt in checking us in and our experience from then on was nothing short of FUN! David N. handled our registration in the TSA program. He was efficient, fast, and above all entertaining throughout the process. We were in and out in probably 30 minutes. Highly recommend this office. We watched one of the other coordinators during our brief wait to see David, and he appeared just as fun. What a novel approach - making a usually mundane bureaucratic process entertaining. Lisa is so rude. She was training a new employee while i was there and she was verbally hostile. She talked to the other worker as if they were an idiot and the whole lobby was looking at her and staring. It was disrespectful to say the least. She was also very rude to people who didn't have IDs. "Why don't you have your ID?!" While she was scolding the other employee there was a line do people at the desk (including me) and she paid us NO mind until she was done yelling at the other employee for not knowing how to do something. I usually don't leave targeted Yelp reviews but this lady was so mean and unprofessional that I felt compelled to. read more

We will make the drive to Pearland and never return here. We were not the only ones here treated like this, she was just plain hateful and disrespectful to everyone in the office.
