Twice they have sent my husband's, pension back to Fidelity and both of our combined SS checks back. Now they have put a freeze on my on-line banking due to my computer being hacked. I have Due a new computer and am trying to have my on-line banking reinstated. They have not been able to help me and want me to come into a branch. I live 5 hours away and am not able to comply. Due to the poor service SFCU is providing, after being a member for 51 years, I will now be closing my account since they no longer need or want my businesss!
