I've been with Amegy bank for about 8 years plus and this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had banking. And I've had my identity stolen twice..and this makes that look like a walk in the park.

There are THREE standouts (as they are always up front when I do any banking transactions), Andrea, Victoria, and Michelle. From my wife and my first interaction with our personal banker who set up the account, to withdrawing money from the indoor ATM, to going to the counter to handle other business. Any of these three ladies are the most experienced, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The personal touches (calling my wife and myself once a week, just to see "how are y'all doing today?", to "we just wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything that we could do for you") are a breath of fresh air in these times of standoffish banks who are just interested in you and your money being added to their coffers.
