This store does not return phone calls nor answers the phone. I called two days in a row back to back to back to back with nobody answering the phone. The problem was I asked for a next day delivery on a letter. It did not get to my destination until two days later, that's not what I paid for UPS corporate said that my letter never arrived to the transit center till 7:30 PM. I dropped it off at the store at 11:30 AM and nobody in the storefront would call me back or answer the phone to resolve this issue. read more

Needed to drop off some shoes to be shipped back to company, grant it they were in a box but gentleman told me they had to be in another box and there was a 2.00 charge ok sir no fight in me today and since I was there I had paperwork to be faxed over and copies to be made. I called that one stop shopping. Got all my business taken care of and off I go before the rain started. I paid 13 and change for additional service. read more

This location has a notary at certain times of the day and days of the week. This was good information to have.

I usually go to a different location but due to store Saturday hours I had to come to this one. The employees were rude and didn't treat my item with care while placing it in the box. I won't be back to this location. I get having bad days but don't take it out on customers. read more

Always fast service when I'm dropping my Amazon return packages. If you are mailing your own package make sure you have a box and tape because they charge for those things and it's not cheap. read more

The best UPS location that I ever visited..... The staff are very helpful and courteous... So far I have never been charged for printing the return package label.... Keep my finger crossed as many reviewers stated that other locations charged printing the return packages labels... I never encounter any problems of dropping off the packages (cos they will print you a receipt as proof- so you will be able to track your return packages) read more

Super excellent service! The gentlemen that run this place are super efficient and helpful, even when there's a long line. They offer notary, package pickup and packing and shipping, along with a variety of printing options. I've just used their services to send back Amazon packages and they've always been quick and efficient and I appreciate the awesome, helpful, friendly customer service. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE COURTEOUS STAFF Staff are very friendly, kind, patient and understanding. Whenever my husband and I come to their store, the owner smiles at us and calls us "the happy couple". While I've never had a problem with this UPS store I'm not really in agreement with how they run the place. Whenever it is a slow day things run normally. However, if there is a line or they are busy, sometimes they will just scan your label, and take your package without boxing it up in front of you. I know this is a quicker way to get through the line, but as a consumer it gives me anxiety that the contents of my box could be tampered with, or that certain documents inside the box could go missing. Every return or package I have dropped off at this location has made it to its destinations successfully, but it definitely does seem a little bit sketchy. Of course I still get a receipt saying that I dropped it off, but I would feel more secure to have it taped up in front of me. read more

We booked luggage storage with this location while in town with limited visiting time and their hours were listed wrong on the luggage app. We had to wait over an hour for them to open despite the fact that we had a booking to drop our luggage. This is an excellent store to ship stuff. It is also an excellent store to GET SOMETHING NOTARIZED! I literally e-mailed the form from my phone to the store, they printed the blank form, 19 cents, watched me fill it out and instantly notarized it, just $6.00, and they asked me if they could fax it to the phone number on the form for 0nly $3.00. I was shocked anyone still had a fax machine, but government offices won't open attachment for fear of viruses! Any way, Friendly, helpful staff, paid almost half of what I thought it would cost and they faxed it so I didn't have to snail mail it back to California. I went in at 10am (the time they are supposed to open) on Saturday, Dec 12. There were 5 or 6 other people and the gate to the back half of the store was down and all of the lights were off in the back. We all waited for 15 minutes before all leaving to go to other locations. read more

I went in to return several Amazon packages. I'm a little clueless and inexperienced as to how to do that -- the labels, codes, which item goes with which code and label, etc. The young man working the front desk honestly could not have been more helpful and patient!
